In life you get what you pay for is the saying. Well I shopped around . The fuel company gave us an amazing price for a work of art like furnace install. The communication was second to none, customer service priceless, In day and half my entire system was ripped out and a museum like highly efficient system was put in. The hot water is better than ever expected, the heat is amazing and burns far less oil. The system pays for itself . I've been in the trades for 30 years and have never seen work like this ever. To say we are happy and greatful is an understatement. I've never ever put a review on any other experience because they all have been just average , good but not anything like this where I'm overly impressed with entire experience from start till finish. They were the most polite ,easy to get along with people I've ever met to tell you the truth. They were overly fair pricing . This was bye far the best experience I've ever had with any contractor in 30 years in the business myself with extremely high standards. The fuel company hit it out the park... grandslam. Thank you for a positive experience and job site cleaner then when you started. Great job guys. God bless

Was very, very happy with our service from The Fuel Company. Octavio Cardosa arrived when he said he would, fixed our a/c unit and went above and beyond to make sure it was running as efficiently as possible. Will definitely call on them again, hopefully when it's not so hot out, or freezing!

I have been using the fuel Company for 3 yrs. they installed my air conditioning and put a new furnace in plus they open and Clio my house down for the winter months. Plus fixing my toilet. They are very professional and Octavia is their main Plummer who does a great job

Thanks to sites like these a little karma or justice can be had for sleazy companys like these guys,,,I'm at work ,wife home waiting for a guy to ""check "" our tank, having done THAT JOB for years I of course have checked out my own tank ,it's fine ,great even . Almost instantly she gets a "" you need a new tank ,it's 4000$ but we have payment plans"" ok you see my point here? It's not an opinion, ps fuel is scamming its own neighbors, the end.

I did business with this company for more than 30 years. In the past few years I paid more than 40 cents more a gallon for oil because they said they were a ""full service oil company."" I had a service contract and had my oil burner serviced every year. In the past two years I have had real difficulties with this company. Last week I had my chimney cleaned for the first time in 5 years as I do not use the fireplace a lot. My fireplace chimney was fine. The oil burner chimney, which should have been checked by the Fuel Company, was determined to be in very dangerous condition - in danger of leaking carbon monoxide. I changed oil companies before this discovery. I should have changed with they overfilled my neighbor's oil tank and it spilled into her cellar. All I can say is beware!

Refused to work on the a/c unit because the lake had risen to reach the back of the house and the tech needed a ladder to reach the unit. Literally 2 inches of water to ""wade"" through. The ground is safe and solid. There are cinder blocks all over that area. Probably put there by the the tech who installed the unit which ny the way was this company. Don't warranty your equiptment if you aren't willing to fix it when it doesn't work properly. The woman on the phone said, ""It has nothing to do with you,"" because we don't own the house. I'm sorry, but it does. It was 99 degrees yesterday. We are renting this house, and its ridiculously warm in here because your equiptment is faulty. Rude. Unhelpful. Unprepared. Ill-equipped. Poor business practices.

I put a request out on Yelp for emergency central air conditioning service. I got responses back from 6 HVAC Companies and all but ""The Fuel
Company"" are willing to come out tonight for an
understandably higher service fee. ""The Fuel
Company"" told me that they were booking
appointments 3 weeks out!?!? They advertise
""Great Customer Service -24/7"" is there something wrong with me or is there something wrong with this picture?????

I highly suggest that anyone in need of this
service, do yourselves a favor and don't waste
your precious time on ""The Fuel Company""

I originally contacted another company to fix my heat and two days later they had still not called me back. I contacted The Fuel Company at 11:50am and they got back to me by 12:00pm. By 12:32pm they scheduled my appointment and by 1:15pm the technician was at my house. The technician that showed up was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable and fixed the issue within an hour. Will absolutely be calling them again in the future.
