This is the first time ever writing a review of a business. I tried to resolve my issues with the owner without any resolution. I want to worn others of the absolute horrible experience I received installing a water heater. The tech w was """"friendly"""" I was not given a price and I accept responsibility for not making sure I had this before the work started. This was obviously a big mistake. The tech showed up with a helper and they took 3 hours to install the water heater. They spent most of the time chatting in the driveway. This was on my time and costing more money. They proceeded to take a large piece of wood out of antique door and stained carpets while removing the old water heater. There was also a cracked new water pan placed under the water heater rendering it useless. Never bringing any of this to my attention, only for me to find out after the fact. The cost was $880 for just installation. I reached out to Ron Fair the owner to discuss my concerns. He could care less.. he had no intention of making this right after I reached out several times to avoid it having to get to the point of me having to write a poor review. Which I highly oppose because I support small business. I do think it's important to warn others.
