BEWWARE!!!! Under new management DONT GO OFF OF PAST PERFORMANCE. If I could give this company a zero I would. They did a horrific job and demanded prompt full payment. When I mentioned that they promised to do repairs that they used they called their lawyer. Horrible unprofessional company. I recommend Appolo heating. Please stay away!

Our house wasn't cooling so we called Frazier. They had someone come out that same day. He was very knowledgeable and he explained exactly what he was doing, he gave helpful hints on keeping our AC unit clean however we ended up going with their yearly heat and AC maintenance program. That seemed the best way to go for us. I like the fact if something goes wrong we go to the Top of their List!

I've been a customer for 13 years. Our contractor chose Frazier to install 2 geothermal heat pumps. They skipped critical steps in the work, requiring two call backs, plus did not seal the ductwork, which after insulation, drywall, paint, cabinets and tile cannot be completely remedied without tearing the house apart. So we live with a less efficient system, which costs $$ over time. Most recently it was a $175 bill for a problem they couldn't either diagnose or fix. So $175 participation trophy for showing up. Man, wouldn't you like to have a job that requires no deliverable, just a good try? I'm moving on to a factory-recommended service company, I should have done that long ago.

Had new HVAC system put in 12/2016 and did my homework on local companies and systems since these are so expensive. The sales and installation team (Jeff) were fantastic, however 2 years later my system was not working on the coldest days of the year. I set up a service call $85.00 for the furnace and requested a humidifier filter change at the time of the service I had NO idea how to do this and they were going to be there anyway. Come to find out the sensor on the furnace required cleaning--which is ""Common"" (this would have been nice to know at the time of installation) and they left without changing the humidifier filter as requested. I called back and was told if they had to go back to do what was ORIGINALLY requested I would be charged a SECOND service fee $45.00! To me, the customer service is amazing from the sales standpoint, but from the service standpoint (when they have you stuck) it is all downhill.

The friendly service men from Frazier just left my home after fixing my furnace for less than half of the quoted price from another local business. Very impressed, they offered same day appointments, friendly and courteous employees and efficient service.

Russ just left a few minutes ago. My 87 degree house now has a working air conditioner again. Russ was very professional and helped me understand what he was doing. I couldn't ask for better service. Reasonably priced. I'd recommend Russ and The Frazier Company in a heartbeat. Thanks, Russ!

I appreciate the work done at my house. I utilized their services for plumbing no just bought my house and had a slew of things on my list. After talking to my technician Tim, we figured out the best plan of action to complete the work. He was knowledgeable, quick and very nice. The price was reasonable for the amount of work performed. I would call again for more work and would like to use their other services in the future.
