Haley with The Flow Doctor bought some material from the supply house I work at. Unfortunely the check bounced and since then The Flow Doctor will not answer or return any of my calls. Going on week 3 since this happened.

The Flow Doctor gave me two bids for a job. One was to just do work at the meter ($1,800) the other was for a full line replacement. ($4,100) Dylan came into the yard, dug a huge hole to replace the main water supply line . Turns out the work needed to be done at the meter. Original bid was $1800. Once he started the job and broke the meter pit, the bid to fix was almost a thousand dollars over the original flat fee of $4100 to replace the entire line. The line did not need to be replaced. That's right a $1800 repair became $5100. I called the water company to look at the meter. They could not look at the meter because Dylan had destroyed the old meter. Water company also stated no permit was on site. I attempted to rectify the situation, but Dylan and Hayley blamed me and refused to provide the documentation requested or a remedy.

I like working with locals but these folks are liars and thieves. Turns out another plumber is going back fill and fix the meter pit for the original price that Dylan quoted.

Dylan did an excellent job on installing my Gas Water Heater. He is highly skilled and professional. Was punctual, explained the process in detail and ensured that we had minimal downtime. There was a part that got damaged in shipping which affected output from the heater. Dylan came back on a short notice and replaced the part. Amazing service!

Dylan (the owner) came out within an hour of my call to fix a slow draining kitchen sink that was also leaking and causing a backup into my dishwasher. He was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, thorough and quite reasonable with his prices. He explained everything that was going to be done and answered many questions I had. He advised me on products to use for the specific problem I was having with the pipes (Draino is NOT for all clogs). I would highly recommend The Flow Doctor and will be contacting them in the future for work that I need done. 10 stars!!
