Derek S.I hired them to service my gas fireplace and get it running. They were not able to finish and sent me a bill anyway. I have tried multiple time to setup a new appointment, they have yet to return.
Chris S.I had these guys install an instant hot water heater in the guest house. It was in a tough spot in the center of the house, required tight crawl space work, attic work (for venting) and connection to legacy PVC (type1). The did a good install but did not keep it flush to wall which made a closet pretty useless. I called them back and the fix everything perfect, remounting the unit and making everything right at no extra charge. Great people, great price.
Chip M.Great company!! Called them with a 911 on a Rinnai tankless water heater on a Friday and they did exactly what they promised. They got to me late afternoon Friday afternoon as promised and installed a new unit and actually MUCH improved the installation compared to what was there originally. Class act!!
Tricia M.I trUsted my warranty comPany to send me an honest plumber when my hot water pipes froze last year but what I got was a yOung kId named Aaron who worked for fire and water and fur three weeks went back forth worKing my job and others that he said were just as important which made ContacT very dIfficult.
What I got instead were text messages from him with instructions as to what to do next...are you kidding me. I'm not the professional, you are!!!
Then my quote was lied to me when he said that fire and water had a brick mason they work with that could repair my brick back porch step that he had to jack hammer apart just to fix the pipe.
I sent the company a Money order fur 1,000 last July for payment which the big boss agreed too but all of a sudden he's asking me for payment and proof of receipt that I can't find.... Are you teLling me I have to pay these jack legged sloppy ass dIsrespectful lazy plumbers again????
I will never ever call on them again and I have cancelled my policy with that warranty company who by the way had a list of reputable neighborhood professIonal such as Hodges and Bryant that they doubt patentee with.
Well guess who superbly did the job...
