Follow up from previous comment. They actually installed a used old sump pump and charged the warranty company full price. Do not use this company. Scammers. Never answered my called or returned call. Also didn't drill the whole properly on the tube leading to a gush of water coming out and the pump was broken and was constantly running.

This company has been assigned through my home warranty a few times and I am always relieved to see them assigned to my claims. They are polite and professional. They explain things to me at a level I understand. They double check their work. They are on time and have even been able to make it earlier than the appointment times more than once which is really nice!

I had a gas leak in my house the week before Thanksgiving. My gas had to be turned off over a week waiting for Choice Home Warranty to dispatch a plumber to my house. The owner off this business accepted the claim and did me a favor and came out a week before my scheduled service appointment. I will say I appreciated that. He came out to my house as his last appointment. He inspected the gas lines and painted sealant around the pipes. He left my house in 25 minutes and said his job was DONE. I called him back the next day to advise him the gas company did not turn the gas back on because it was still leaking. Instead of I'm coming back out and completing the job (that I paid my deductible for), he recommended I call Peterman Plumbing. When Peterman's plumber came to my house and looked at what he had done he said that was BULLSH*T. He hadn't done anything. The charge for Peterman to pressurize the line to find the leak was $550. He felt bad for me and gave me a $200 discount because he said i got hustled. The owner off The Final Touch could have ran this same 15 minute test to find the leak! I turns out the leak was cause by one of the pipes being left 'open'. He closed the pipe and the leak stopped. HE SHOULD HAVE FOUND THAT!!! Then I find out he had the audacity to submit a $260 claim to my home warranty company for doing absolutely NOTHING!!! I really try to support small businesses, which is why it took me so long to write this review, but in this case I got burned. Do not get hustled like I did!!!

Had a leak in the second story bathtub. We got an initial estimate that would have required several hours of work including cutting a hole in the ceiling. Fortunately we got a second opinion from The Final Touch and found the solution to be much more simple, saving us tons of time and money! Thank you!!!!
