I had a kitchen clog and needed someone right away. They promised to have a tech come out the same day, but refused to give a time frame. That was 8am. Checking back every two hours, always told ""tech will be there soon"". At 4:30pm ish, they begin to say ""will check to see if anyone available..."" By 7pm, still no one showed up! I waited a whole day, Very bad experience!

i am a repeat customer and I think this company is great!
Mel came in my home wearing a mask and went to work. He was professional, knowledgable, neat, and the cost was very reasonable. I had a clogged bathroom sink and Mel took care of the clog very quickly.They also give discounts to Seniors and repeat customers. Mel cared to do a great job and gave me wonderful advise on how to maintain my drains in the future. I was very grateful for all his help and will continue to call Mel the next time I need him.

Good part is he showed up with mask. The bad part is there is no other satisfaction due to his kind of rude attitude. The job is related to camera inspection. The house is old, so lot of pipes issues could be expected. I would work with him if his attitude was nicer.

I called to have my toilet unclogged as the plunger wasn't working. The clog was very basic with just a large amount of toilet paper clogging it. I was charged $150. Then it appeared our house did have a water leak, unrelated to the clogged toilet, the plumber looked under the house and I was told he couldn't find where it was coming from? A few hours later 2 of the men from GoGo rooters showed up and I was told for $500 they could try and find my leak. I politely paid the overpriced cost to fix my toilet that took 2 minutes and asked them to leave thinking that is absurd price to charge...
