There truck was parked in front of my neighbors house so when I seen the repair person, Charlie step out to grab something from the truck I stopped him and asked if he had time to assess my running toilet. Charlie, was professional and kind. He told me to call his office and ask them if he could add my assessment to his schedule. I called and the customer service continued to be excellent. They fit me in and Charlie went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were addressed. He was very knowledgeable and helpful as he completed the inspection and gave me an estimate for the work I needed. Thank you so much!

My home is in Los Alamitos, and i have the Smart / Moen Flo auto water turn off system in case of any water leaks, however that was another company that installed it without putting back my 'main water shut off valve' or a pressure regulator valve, So i had the Family Plumber install both valves yesterday and they even worked in the rain. Fair priced, excellent service and very proficient in their knowledge of this water system and valves. I would use them again for all plumbing maintenance in the future. Great to have a local plumber to call.
