The Family Plumber is by far the BEST, most trustworthy, plumbing company, with the highest standards and most talented people that I have found since I've been a homeowner for 43 years .
Not only did they repair issues my son and daughter-in-law had in their home at an extremely fair price, they did it quickly and efficiently and we have not had a problem since. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any plumbing repairs, but that's not where it ends.
The Family Plumber is like calling a relative you love. The warmth you get when Jen answers the phone is so comforting! She not only finds a way to get your issue quickly fixed, when asked, she offers her exclusive list of specialty names of specialties- this wonderful group of talented people are there to help each other. For example, we needed a roofer and Jen recommended Mike who answered my call and spent time with me on the phone because of his connection to The Family Plumber. I needed a contractor and Jen works with the most outrageous contractor , Nick, who answered my call and spent time with me answering all my questions .

I've lived in 12 homes over the years and there has never been such an amazing group of professionals. Our whole family is better off because of The Family Plumber and their ability to fix any and all of our plumbing needs.
I am so appreciative of The Family Plumber company and this review does not begin to extend our gratitude. Jen, you are the heart of this company and we will be forever grateful.

We had a number of plumbing issues including the need to change out two bathroom faucets, fix a dripping shower, remove & install a water filter under the kitchen sink, etc.

We needed to replace our water purification unit. Ali from The Family Plumber gave a great detailed explanation of the problem with our current unit & the incorrect plumbing around it. We received a quote later that day and after accepting they came out a few days later. Not only was the job done professionally, Ali spent a good amount of time explaining the unit & shut offs installed. Then went through the house to ensure all faucets worked properly. He also caught a problem with the city not having a turn off/metered value for out house & suggested calling the city to come out and fix it. This it probably the 5+ time we've used The Family Plumber & they have alway provided this same type of outstanding service at a fair price.

Love these guys! I accidentally reviewed them for something that happened with another company and I pray no-one saw it. But if they did, please know we have used 2 to 3 companies over the years and have always had best service from the Family Plumber. (I wish I would have called them first when I had an issue at my dad's house).

Josh was professional, punctual, considerate (laid down protective mats & wore foot covers )& took care of several plumbing items. Leaking faucets & replacing shower heads. This morning we had The Family Plumber out to replace a garbage disposal. Carlos was the plumber who arrived on time. We had a number of issues to deal with. He recommended a 3/4 horsepower InSinkErator. He noticed that the air gap line was kinked and was not working properly. He replaced the hose and created a new fitting. He diffidently went the extra mile to make the installation a 5 star installation. He ran the dishwasher to make sure that there were no leaks. He replaced to 32 year old hose bibs that were leaking. When Carlos turned back on the main water line he bleed all the facets to remove all the air in the lines and everything was working. All the work areas were so clean when he was done. His attention to detail was highly professional. All pricing was explained prior to beginning any work. I would highly recommend The Family Plumber.
