I live in Los Alamitos and want to support some of our local businesses. I called Family Plumber, knowing that they weren't the cheapest, but as the saying goes... you get what you pay for. Anyway, I needed to replace a 20 year old water heater which was on its last leg. Called on a Friday afternoon, Jen sent out a person to inspect in 30 minutes (we are 5 min. away) and I had a quotation sent by the end of the day. I signed off and scheduled the installation first thing Monday morning. The plumbers (2) were very professional, explained the work being done and provided updates on the work. Everything that they installed was new, they didn't reuse any of the old pipes, vents or brackets, which I appreciated. Looks great, works great. Satisfied Customer.

Had Josh out to fix a sink that was originally installed incorrectly and fell out of vanity. Took a lot of planning on how best to re-install the sink. Couldn't be more pleased at his engineering skills and resolve. Took several hours due to the construction of the vanity but he was a genius on how best to fix the problem (vanity was only couple of years old). Rate to fix this unusual problem was worth every penny. This company is great.
