I used this company a few months ago & just want to tell everyone how great they were to work with! We purchased our cabinets from Cabinets to Go & used KBS for the rest of the job. I have had various tradespeople of the years that simply didn't show up for appointments or were very late. I'm sorry, but I don't remember the salesperson's name, but she was fantastic. She arrived on time & answered all of my questions. All of the subs were great--arrived on time, and did their job quickly & perfectly. I paid 50% up front, then 2 more payments. Anytime that I called (I think Bobby), the manager, if he wasn't available, he always called me back! Everyone was just so professional.This was the most I could hope for with our remodel. Now, Cabinets to Go, another matter!

Worst, worst service I have ever had after a month I am still waiting on work to finish, they never return calls. measurements all wrong, please if you don't want to get frustrated do not let them in your house, they will take your money and run cabinets to go recommend them bad recommendation get someone else!

This was a major kitchen remodel for us -- removal of old counters, cabinets, and bulkhead; installation of new quartz counters, cabinets, lighting, electrical, venting, and appliances. Bobby and his crew chief were great to work with. Both had solid advice and worked with us to solve some tricky customizations. Had to keep a closer eye on a couple of his subcontracted workers, but the project turned out great in the end. Really happy with the process and with the final product.

Horrible service. They over charge for the work they do and they don't even get it right. Having to redo the work myself that they didn't do correctly. A business shouldn't need a baby sitter. Calling their office you can expect them to be rude to you...would give negative stars if possible!

We contracted with KBS Fabrication, The Experts in renovation for our condo remodel. We liked the location of the condo but it was in need of major kitchen renovation along with the popcorn ceiling removed, relocation of a couple of walls, new cabinets and counter top installed. We are very pleased at the work that was done. We met with Bobby in our condo and he went over everything that was included in our contract. He made suggestions and offered input as the project moved forward. We were given an estimate of the project costs and if something came up that would add to the cost we were always informed before the work was done. Our time frame was six months, start to move-in-ready. We were not living in the condo at the time and was updated periodically with pictures as the work progressed. If I needed to speak with the contractor I would contact him before 8:00 a.m. or leave a message with his office staff. He would normally return the call that day. KBS completed the job in under four-months. I would recommend KBS Fabrication and will use them again.

I used Bobby and his crew to remoldel my bathroom. There were a few hiccups along the way but they were handled professionally and in a timely matter. Kudos to Anthony the tile installer( beautiful work) and great customer service. My bathroom is beautiful and I will use them again. Thanks guys at The Experts in Room Additions. 90 day contract never provided a schedule, lots of broken promises, sub contractors were as mad as I was at the owner, 2 year nightmare ended as I took over the job. Neighbor block away had same issues... consider this your warning!!! I open a complaint with the state against his license, but since I finished the job he got the credit and they won't listed on their site.

Do not hire this company. We were referred to us by cabinets to go. They said the job would take 2-3 weeks and they didn't finish until the 7th week. They wouldn't show up for days and weeks at a time. We called them every morning to see if they were coming and the office staff is so rude. They were horrible at returning calls and it's impossible to speak with the owner. He hides behind everyone there. All the workings that came to our house said they were used to getting yelled at by the customer because of the work not getting done. One working even told me to just show up at the office because otherwise they won't call you back. The owner is a control freak and won't let anyone make a decision, so EVERY must go through him but he won't return anyones calls or get back to anyone so nothing happens. I am so happy to be done with this company and the horrible experience.

Exceeds expectations! Price, quality, adherence to schedule. They did a 220 sq ft full bath and enlarged bedroom addition in under 6 weeks! Best teamwork and work ethic I've ever seen. Bobby keeps everything rolling and true to their name, a full service contractor with experts for all phases from design and build right down to countertops and finish carpentry. Our home looks amazing and we enjoyed watching their skilled specialists pull it together. They're there early everyday and work tirelessly all day, never was there a time we were left waiting. Brian and his crew went above and beyond. I can't wait to hire them back for our next project. We found them at the home show and consider them as friends just a few months later.
