Found these guys on yelp and requested a quote for service. They were able to come out 2 days after request which worked perfectly for me. Shawn was able to detect the problem and provided me with some great options to repair. He was prompt, friendly and very professional. Would definitely recommend.

This the 2nd time I've called Elite with an urgent matter. I discovered my basement toilet and bathtub had overfilled. I called Shawn from Elite, who arrived in an hour. After a relatively quick but thorough assessment, he determined my main sewer line was clogged. He identified the source, which was outdoors and went to work. It was a rather persistent clog deep down in the ground. But Shawn worked diligently over an hour and half to to free the line. Complete disaster avoided. All of his efforts weren't wasted as he unclogged the line. I could hear water gush through the line for nearly five minutes straight. If you want an expert in his field, Shawn is the one to call.

I had a leaking toilet which required me turning off the main water supply. With that being a problem Shawn made it to me within the hour (even though he was almost to his favorite fishing hole) He fixed everything quickly and reasonably. I will definitely be calling on them again.

I've used The Elite Service Plumber on three occasions--about three years ago to install two new toilets, two years ago to install a tankless water heater, and just last week (on New Year's Day) to fix our kitchen sink (which was backing up and not draining).

I've seen Shawn, the owner, each time I've called for work to be performed and cannot say enough great things about him. He's been extremely responsive in terms of answering the phone, making it to my house much more quickly than any other plumber we've used in the past, and answering questions about how best to remedy situations from a cost and technical perspective. On New Year's Day, he was at my house an hour after I called him. Shawn has been courteous, professional, and has provided my family and me with the utmost level of service.

After having used other plumbers who didn't ever show up, hit me up with ""extra"" charges, or did lousy work that needed fixed afterwards, The Elite Service Plumber and Shawn will be the only plumbing company and plumber I ever use.

I'm not sure why Yelp deleted my last review. I used The Elite Service Plumber on two previous occasions. I need their service again for a clogged kitchen sink. Service was excellent again. Communication with Shawn was fluid and easy. Job was done correct and timely for a price that was competitive.

Looks fishy. Talked to a guy over the phone and kind of rude with the way he spoke to me so I think I already know how he's going to talk to me when it comes to final price discussion. He would not give me a quote - fine. But he also cannot provide a range - so that makes it really weird. Others did.

No manners over the phone - stern and lacking customer service. Probably horrible service, too. Glad I chose someone else. Phew!

We had Elite out at our house this week to help diagnose a small pool of water in our basement. They came out the same day and let us know that our basement drain needed to be snaked. They were timely, professional, and gave us a very reasonable price. Recommended! Five stars.

Service, expertise and resolution - exactly what I needed!! Called regarding a toilet issue. Shawn called back, told me he'd call when he was on the way (which he did). He did an assessment and then explained to me what needed to be done, how much it would cost and, after my OK, he went to work. Within a very short amount of time my problem was resolved. What more could you ask for? Service, expertise and resolution!
