Hired the company to fix intermittent power outage at 2 circuits in my house. The tech first thing talks money. He tells me he'll charge me $135 more than what I was quoted which was $180. He said you give me $40 cash and I will do the job for $220 to pay less than what I was quoted in the first place. He took 2 outlets manipulated a couple wires. Took the panel off looked at it, didn't do any testing, put the the panel back on 20 minutes later he is gone. The problem wasn't fixed. I called the tech, he told me it is Comed's problem.

I called the owner. He said he would come out tomorrow and fix it himself. I became suspicious so I looked them up on the IL licensing department. Could not find them anywhere on the site. Stopped payment of the check. Called another electrician. Vetting them carefully.

Leonard did some electric work for me right before we moved. His work was excellent, efficient and the pricing was spot on. He came when he said he would, and also was solution oriented in getting some electric heaters moved, which saved me money. The new breaker panel he installed was very neat in appearance, and the work was flawless.

Leonard, agreed to pay another party for the repair. The plumbing work he initailly did was excellent. We were upset initially with the decision not to repair the gas line cut but he agreed to do so. We WOULD use him again for any plumbing issues we have.
