I cannot say enough about this business. We came home from a family outing on a Saturday evening to a flooded area around our water heater that was seeping into our wood floors. I called many so-called 24/7 plumbing places and no one was willing to come out during the weekend (some just didn't call back at all when I left messages). I found Drain Team the next morning and they were very responsive and promised to get someone out ASAP. Chris came out, assessed the situation, and determined that we could save a lot of money and trouble by having their leak detector come out and determine exactly where the water was coming from (the water heater was fine). Their leak detector, Gary, came out at 7:30 p.m. on a Sunday to find the leak. They sent Chris out the next morning and he took care of the leak in a few hours at a reasonable price. What a great experience to have during a horrible situation. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

What a ripoff. After experiencing a flood in a bedroom, we thought possibly water was pooling outside and seeping in through the foundation or wall. The person they sent out tried to sound as if they had tons of experience with this but it was apparent afterwards they didn't. We had used a hose to see if the water was pooling but it didn't seem to be. This guy says oh yes, that little bit of water could've caused a flood for sure and the ground can't handle it so water is coming through the foundation. He insists we need a french drain and spends an entire day digging up the backyard to put it in. $1500 later and we have this drain. Three months later the bedroom floods AGAIN!!! Totally dishonest and what a waste of money.
