Would not recommend these ripoff artists. They came and said we needed a whole new water heater because water got up in the top electrical. My uncle who is a retired plumber of over 40 years stripped the wires and rewired. Working like a charm again. Unless you want to get ripped off, don't use this company.

William was very nice and neat and went out of his way to solve our problem. He was very knowledgeable and took great care to resolve our issues. Charges were very fair and reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

Quick response time, excellent water heater technicians. The plumber showed up right away, and got right down to brass tacks: here's the problem, here's your options, and here's what it will cost... which was MUCH less than what I had thought, based on verbal estimates from other plumbers. The gentleman was incredibly friendly, easy-going and worked very hard to get the job done. He takes pride in his work, and didn't just throw a band-aid on the problem. We were so happy he made sure the job was done right the first time.

Highly recommend The Drain Team! Chris 392 has been fantastic through this whole project of installing new drains for a 2nd bathroom. There were so many steps that had to be completed from breaking up old concrete, installing new drains, testing them, inspections, pouring new concrete and some minor delays on my part but Chris took it all in stride and was extremely meticulous, professional and very courteous. Wouldn't hesitate to call again. And a shout out to the friendly, professional office staff!

We have used the Drain Team several times with very good results. Most recently, we had Romelo install new water lines and several new valves in our kitchen. He was knowledgeable, professional, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Be careful!!They will either OVER charge you, IF they show up at all. They came out to scope the sewer lines at Twin Gables Mobile Home Park. They charge $3000. But are telling us that we paid for the scope and our invoice was the report and we don't get a DVD of it. The invoice stated """"scope sewer lines"""".

Showed up at my place , had a leak in the tank in the master bedroom toilet , and the guy said it had to be replaced. The guys name Chris said it would cost around 521 dollars. . The toilet and tank he wanted to take out was a water saver kohler uses a half gallon to flush. its a good toilet tank, So after he left , I took a look into the tank, and saw it was loose , so I took a screwdriver and tighten up the 3 screws. And problem solved. Apparently it only took a screwdriver, but yet they wanted to replace the whole take , and on top for 521 dollars. Be careful with this company they want to rip you off.

These guys CALL themselves PLUMBERS?! Uh, nope. Plumbers know NOT to leave their tools behind, that's kind of the """"first rule"""" of plumbing, which these """"KNUCKLEHEADS"""" seemed to have forgotten. Idiots left behind (in the grass) from a job next door, a 27"""" length steel and curb water meter key and someone placed it in the sewer drain where I nearly destroyed the bottom of my car pulling into the driveway. The company LOGO placed on their trucks should be as follows... We are a lovely bunch of knuckleheads, they call us The Drain Team! Sorry, the one thing I don't put up with is """"INCOMPETENCE"""", AND if you don't like the bad review I can honestly say, that """"AIN'T MY PROBLEM"""", because you hired incompetent people in the first place. Your tool is sitting atop the garbage cans, so go step and fetch it.

I called the drain team on the Friday during Thanksgiving weekend. Within a few hours they had a tech at my home to survey hot water heater issues. He went through a checklist of things including electrical, reset, temperature adjustment. No luck. Bad element. We discussed pros and cons or sourcing and installing a new heating element or replacing the water heater at a higher cost. I chose to replace the heater. The tech arrived as arranged and began the new install. In to the install we discovered that his tank supplier had given him a tank that would not fit the space allotted correctly. After some conversations with the supplier it was determined that they did not have the tall model needed to fit the space properly. After considerations and discussions the company authorized the tech to purchase the right water heater from a local retail store even though it was not in their protocol. They got the right unit and did the install quickly with additional professionals to assist. They turned lemons into lemonade. Perfection doesn't appear often in our world and the mark of professionalism and success is how we respond to problems. In this case it was very good. Use them if this is what you would expect from professionals you hire.
