I was very happy with The Drain Team. They were on time and (Tim) was courteous and professional. My problem was diagnosed w/in minutes and a fair price was presented before any work started. The problem was solved quickly and we're back to good. Based on my experience, I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I was doing major driveway remodel with pavers and discovered a small hole under my driveway out of an abundance of caution i decided to call in a professional to video inspect my Sewer line. In only a matter of a few hours Bridget from Dreain Team dispatched wess to come to my home he got here in less than 2 hours. Carefully looked over my problem determined there was no sewer drain under my driveway and showed me exactley where my clean out was. When it was all said and done i offered to pay him for his time he said dont worry about it . I was stunned that a plumber was honest enough to come ou and review my problem and not sell me a bunch of stuff i dont need. If i ever have aplumbing problem again there is only one company i will call. THE DRAIN TEAM honest fair and prompt. Being a licensed contractor myself in 3 states it was refreshing to find such an honest company Thank you The Drain Team. Tim McAdams Belleair Beach FL

We came home to a leak late Saturday night. We called the drain team and Bill came out immediately to help at 2am! We are beyond impressed! Marcus and Antonio have been available to discuss what could be going on every step of the way and they were both out of town! We are so thankful they can help us!!!

Don't call for emergency repairs. Advised me at 1040 am they would be here between 1-4, then called me @ 117pm to say they couldn't make it and would be tomorrow. When you have to turn off your water due to a leak, waiting a day is not an option. Would have been nice to get a call before I took the rest of the day off of work so I could get my leak repaired!!

We've had two plumbing emergencies this year and both times Tim at The Drain Team has been such a huge help. Both times we called for an appointment, Tim arrived within two hours (we did call around and other companies said it would be much longer). He quickly fixed the issue for us. Tim did a great job both times and was super professional and helpful. We will definitely continue to use The Drain Team and are really happy that they care about customer service and quality work at a good price.

1. After snaking my drain the first visit, employee left sludge from the drain all over my tub, splattered on my walls and floor of my bathroom. 2. Second visit, they did not fix everything that was on their """"list"""" . When we asked, we were given an """"oh well not my problem deer in the headlights"""" answer. (We have to go through our property manager for any repairs) .Ok maybe a misscommunication??? 3. The new toilet was installed crooked with no caulking and no caulking in necessary spots where one would assume a plumber would caulk. 4. They did not clean up the mess, excess materials, empty boxes, or screws that were used to complete the job(s). (One employee asked for a broom, I'm not sure why because my bathroom was disgusting)! 6. Before leaving, and WALKING PAST TWO EMPTY TRASH CANS, they emptied their shop vacuum at the end of our driveway . ***SEE PICTURES*** 7. Jaunita, I assume the receptionist, was EXTREMELY friendly and accommodating. She was able to get the """"Drain Team"""" employees over there ASAP .Thank you Juanita!

Dream team sent Antonio to repair a main water line leak under my driveway. Antonio was amazing! He was a hard worker, did a wonderful job, great personality, and cleaned up beautifully. If I need the Drain team in the future I will definitely call and request Antonio. He is such an asset to the company. Thank You, K. Adams

After a difficult and disappointing remodel 2 years ago involving multiple contractors and plumbing companies, I admit I'd lost a lot of faith in the services provided to us in St. Pete. I'm very happy to report that faith has been restored because of our experience with Randi, our plumber and Pete the manager at The Drain Team. We had a main sewer line back up this past Saturday (2nd time in 4 months) which flooded our bathroom, living room and kitchen. Opting to use a different plumbing company than before, my neighbor recommended The Drain Team. I was stressed when I called Pete who reassured me and promised to have someone out to us later that morning. Randi arrived about an hour or so later and took care of everything within an hour -- all for a very reasonable price. Here's what sets this company (and Randi) apart ... he explained to us what was causing the recurring problem, roots which were invading the sewer line from the house to the street. He also determined there was a """"lip"""" due to a poor connection at a joint in the line that was slowing everything down and causing a backup of refuse. Then Randi fully explained all of our options, keeping in mind the cost to perform each recommendation, from replacing the sewer line all the way to the street, to installing a safety valve outside of the house, etc. We never felt pressured in any way - he simply outlined our options and the associated costs. In short, he gave us all of the facts so that could make an informed decision in the future. The services he performed were competent, efficient, and timely. Randi was extremely professional, friendly, polite, knowledgeable. The humbleness he displayed was in stark contrast to my previous experience with the condescending attitudes of employees from other plumbing companies in the area. Randi followed up today to install the safety valve. This service call as well as the prior call were preceded by courtesy calls from the main office -- letting us know within a 30 minute window of when he would arrive. We plan to use The Drain Team to install a new sewer line this year and for all of our future plumbing services, which will include installing plumbing to a second bathroom we intend to construct and a landscaping water feature inside of our screened porch. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED COMPANY.

Made an appointment dispatch said between 9 am - 12pm. Dispatch called several times to let me know plumber would be late. Dispatch unable to tell me a simple price on resetting a toilet.

Charged $282.95 for a clogged drain. Was told I needed another $650.00 worth of work to install a cleanout. I called a different company for a second opinion. Glad I did. There was a cleanout 3 feet from where the Drain Team plumber had been working.
