You just cannot find this kind of service and professionalism these days - we've worked with over a dozen vendors in the last year of upgrading our 100+ year old home. Joe and his team at Drain Pro were just fantastic both times we needed them. He is so quick to respond, honest about cost, and has delivered exactly what we needed both times (once a quick pipe and sink guts replacement - once a bigger project to replace a portion of our main drain/ sewer line. I can't recommend Joe and his team any more highly - just a solid guy, who delivers quality work at a reasonable price.

I've used Joe a couple of times for replacement of sections of deteriorated cast iron sewer pipes in my 100+ year old home. He also added an outdoor water faucet for me. He's reliable and efficient, does great work and is fairly priced. He was able to fit me in fairly quickly as well. All-around nice guy and highly recommend.

Called Joe in the morning about a stopped up kitchen sink and he came out a few hours later and took care of it! Nice guy, did a great job and it was reasonably priced. Highly recommend and will use again!

I know nothing about plumbing, but Joe has been excellent. He was recommended to me by my parents when my shower needed to be snaked. He came out the very next day after I called - and at the time I remember people sharing on FB how hard it was to find a plumber in a hurry - I wasn't even in a major hurry, so it was def a bonus that he was so fast.

When he came out I don't know if I mentioned or he noticed that the drain in my bathroom sink was broken - but he sent out his partner to get a new piece and replaced that for me too. It was so quick and easy. And I think affordable? Again, what do I know about plumbing and what is a reasonable rate... but I def felt comfortable with the cost and with Joe and the work that he did. I will 100% call Joe again for any plumbing needs - and I confidently share his information with ANYONE looking for a plumber.

He even recommended someone for the google thermostat because he said he doesn't install that kind.

We've been using Joe for the last few years and it was finally time to do the big dig and replace the main drain line at our house. I texted Joe when we were ready and within 2 days he had a permit and his guys ready to go! They worked fast and had the job done in just a few hours! The excavator company left old pipe, rocks and a mess behind. I texted Joe on a Sunday and the very next day he was at my house to clean up the mess left behind! He even went as far as getting us grass seed and some bags of rocks to replace the ones that were removed and he even helped my son lay the seed and place the rocks! 5 star! I'd Highly recommend Joe for all of your drain and plumbing needs!

We just bought a house and have needed a plumber twice. Both times We called Drain Pro. Joe did a great job both times. He was able to fix both issues quickly. He was knowledgable and informative. One of the times he came out was on Christmas Eve because we had no hot water. He did not leave a mess like we have dealt other contractors we have dealt with. He was also affordable. We would definitely use him again.
