Had a blocked Main sewer drain, Called numerous companies and then called Drain Medic (Rafael)and he picked up even while on a job. Told him what the issue was and he said approximately what time he would be there. Was on time even though he was onsite out of state.
Very punctual, reasonable in cost compared to other companies i spoke too. looked at job and priced accordingly did not try to upsell any other services.
Raphael is very passionate about his work and getting the job done at a fair price! Make Drain Medic your first call and save time and money. Thanks again Raphael.

Sent message in advance with 3 issues I was having: clogged laundry drain, p-trap that needed to be replaced on a laundry deep sink, and a toilet flange that needed to be replaced. Rafael showed up only able to do the drain and not the other two repairs. While in the basement he revealed to me that he was carrying a loaded pistol, which should have been disclosed prior to entering my home. His price just to clear the drain was $1850, paid up front. Needless to say I didn't hire him. Beware of this guy.

I had a drain issue where I previously paid a plumber to come out and the issue was not fixed. I called the drain medic and he was at the house within an hour.

Took about two hours to resolve the issue but happily it's done!

Very friendly and prompt. Would highly recommend if you have a plumbing issue you need rectified immediately.

Rafael saved my basement! I have only lived in my house for 3 weeks and this was my first major problem. I called him really late at night b/c there was water coming from a drainage pipe! He returned my call within 10 minutes and was at my house before 8 the next morning. Turns out I had half a bag worth of tree roots clogging my sewer line. He explained the whole process as he was working and was sociable at the same time. I was afraid of the cost, but it was very reasonable for the work done! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Our main clogged half way through laundry day today. Called a couple of places, but The Drain Medic was first to the door. Less than an hour from first call to our door. He is quite passionate about drains. A very interesting character as well. It took him almost 3 hours, and he was successful in snaking the long drain from the house to the street. Maybe a bit pricey. But, I think you get more than what you pay for.
