Was initially very happy with the quick and efficient service. The second time we had them out to the house, we had them install a new hot water heater approx $600 for all but after the first day, it does not produce actual hot water and there is some black water in the line plus air. The second day after the water heater is not actually producing any hot water, despite numerous calls by me, to them, to come and take a look at it, I am getting really poor customer service. Initially I was told by Dan that he would do anything to make it right, now he is avoiding calls and this morning he started yelling at me on the phone. Not sure how that is """"making it right"""" I just want a water heater that produces hot water. I have called many times today to try and get an appt for them to come out, but to no avail. If they come around and get out here and take care of it, I am happy to update my review. If I have to hire another plumber to fix this, I will also post that update Hoping this gets resolved. Not sure why it is such an issue...

Buyer Beware: Lying and deceitful company. When company failed to show up at service time, the lied. Stated they were dealing with an emergency at the Naples Ritz Carlton so it was """"tough luck"""". The supposed emergency was that the hotel libby was filled up with feces. Not kidding. So, I called Ritz. They were aghast that the company would state such defamatory claims to excuse their inability to make an appointment. Avoid.

Avoid them. We hired them to come out and fix a tub drain, were originally told $38 service charge plus $80 per hour. The part they needed was not on the truck so they charged me $80 per hour (x 2 hours) to go to the supply house to get one. When we called the office to dispute the charges, the man was horrific on the phone and became defensive and belligerent and threatened to come out to my house with his attorney. He was the owner come to find out. Just terrible.
