Lenny came out to give us an estimate on a huge o o Len with a leak from the bathroom to my Liborio ñ ceiling. He is the 4th person to access this problem in 5 years. I never mentioned others had attempted to fix this issue. He assessed the plumbing problem and fixed it. He had people to refer if we want to get an estimate. It took a plumber, tile person and carpenter to get this problem resolved but it was done right! Are they the cheapest? No but they are fair!

I am a first time home owner and when I had some water build up in my basement from a leaking water tank, I freaked out! I called a well known company and the rep gave me the run around. I decided to call another company. The first one that came up was The Drain King. I called left a message thinking that no one would call back. Within 10 minutes, I received a call back and we scheduled an appointment for the NEXT day. When Lenny came to my door I was so relieved. I showed him the problem and he assured me he would take care of me. And he did! He was professional and pleasant and talked me through the whole process. He provided me reassurance that everything was going to be ok. The job took maybe an hour but it seemed like 10 minutes. Thank you Drain King and Lenny for your quick response. The Drain King was recommended by a friend after I recently moved to the area and bought my first house. Cue the plumbing problems! Talk about a pain in the neck. There's nothing worse than not being able to take a shower because of a clogged drain. One call was all it took for quick service. James came the same day that I called and quickly diagnosed the cause of the clog and cleared it. Now I can take a shower again. What a relief; I was starting to smell! Thanks, James! Called for a leak in a cast iron pipe in my cellar, and they came out to take care of the immediate issue. The work itself was fine, but I was told the job would require more work and replacement of pipe behind a wall and beneath a floor. My complaint is with cost. I was charged $600 for 2 hours of work and a 10 foot section of PVC pipe, and then quoted that it would cost $800 for the remainder of the job - the best price they could offer. I was stunned by the price - $300 per hour! Called another plumber who finished the job for $160 in less than an hour.

I called Drain King around 10am to inquire about a clog my kitchen sick/garbage disposal had. James himself called me back no more than 5 minutes later and let me know what the likely issue was and the approximate price to correct it. He said someone could be there within the hour. Sure enough 35 minutes later 2 plumbers were here and corrected the issue in about 20 minutes! very professional, courteous and timely and fair priced!! :) i would recommend Drain King to anyone! James and his team were terrific to work with. I'm a new homeowner, and had very little idea what the problem was when the drains in my house backed up. I called these guys and they sent a team over to my place within half an hour.

The first two people on site were courteous and nice to work with. They even insisted on putting down drop clothes to make sure they didn't get my floor dirty (even though I insisted it wasn't a problem). James then came by slightly afterwards, to check in and see how everything was going. He talked me through everything he was looking into, and then offered a few suggestions of what we could do to fix it. There were even a few small things James noticed when he was here (our kitchen sink had a slight leak, and a pipe was installed incorrectly, and James took the time to fix those for free).

Even though we found out our house is going to need a bit more work, James wasn't pushy and told us the best next steps-if we'd like to move forward. Anyways, all around it was a good experience for a problem I was not looking forward to-so I really appreciate working with James and his team.

Called this afternoon for a leaking sink that became a real problem with some minor flooding. I wasn't sure of who to call as I am not from this area and noticed some good reviews on here so I gave them a call. I was called back immediately by James and I explained we needed help right away and he offered to have someone come over asap. Mike showed up soon after and along with another technician and were able to assess and repair in a very short time. They were courteous and professional as well as kind and extremely reasonable I will definitely be recommending them. Five stars !!

Succeeded where all other failed. After flooding twice in one week we finally got help from James. We had estimates and ideas from three other companies on how to repair our storm drains and decided to get one other opinion from The Drain King. Instead of giving us an estimate he simply fixed the problem (I shouldn't say simply it was a complicated issue that took a bit of time but he ultimately delivered and at a very fair price as well). Professional, courteous and cost effective - thoroughly cleaned up after job thoroughly as well. Highly recommend!!!
