I had high hopes for this company because they responded to my call quickly and scheduled a visit for the next day.

However, that was the extent of the positives I have for the Drain Guys. The technician snaked my sump pump drain for $495 for less than 15 mins of work, which unsurprisingly failed to unclog the drain pipe.

Knowing the cost of snaking the pipe was high, he attempted to ease my disappointment by promising to offer discounts on using a camera and reinstalling the sump pump. The technician promised to send his proposal in 24 hrs for the future work and get things done before the rain came; however, it's been 3 days without a word.

The company got their quick buck and ghosted me. If you want to hire unreliable and expensive plumbers with a quick initial response time, the Drain Guys may work for you!

Our kitchen sink faucet was running and wouldn't turn off. They came out the next morning, quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it for a reasonable price. Dustin was very professional and cordial. I highly recommend.

Rich came over within about 12 hours of the request we placed on Yelp - on memorial day to boot! He diagnosed the problem quickly, went out a few times to make sure he got the exact right equipment that wouldn't break our pipes, and solved the problem in short order. For some reason we even got a discount for having the work done on memorial day.

My double kitchen sinks were back up pretty bad during the Memorial holiday weekend. I was not sure if anyone would come out during this weekend. I went to look for 24 hour plumbing service and was surprised to receive a quick response from The Drain Guys. Richard (Rich) came out the next day in the time frame that was suggested. My husband and I was very pleased with his work and knowledge. He gave us good insight on questions we asked. I would recommend this business to anyone.

I started a project on yelp and The Drain Guys immediately stood out from the other responses. They were prompt, professional, accommodating, reasonable in price, showed up on time, did quality work and even sent me a video of my drain scoping request. My plumber Gavin answered all my questions in a way I could understand and respond to. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs. Just when I thought good and quality service was a thing of the past, The Drain Guys reminded me that there are still a few good company's out there.

When the problem ended up being with the city, they navigated us through the problem then came back after work--at 9pm at night and worked til nearly midnight to ensure we didn't go without water another day.
