Like the other people, if I could give zero stars I would. Advertised $300 septic pumping changed it to $450 plus said damage in line needed camera vs , same m.o. going to get it fixed withsnotger guy but said septic needs to be pumped, it was FULL. THES e guys were supposed to do that two weeks ago. Probably didn't even pump it. No way a 1250 gal (what he said was pumped out) was filled again in 2 weeks. Feel like these guys cheated me and my family od $1150. RUN....DONT USE THEM !!

The most shady people I have ever encountered in my life. And shady it's just a understatement. They quoted us $7000 for something that could've been done with $3000, refused to refund us our deposit because ""they went to buy supplies already"". Promise to refund partial of the deposit and never pick up our phone calls ever again.

I feel bad for that person who said they were treated poorly in their own home. My experience was complexly different. The gentlemen who came out to my home were more than polite and provided excellent service. I would recommend this outfit to anybody. It was a positive experience for me and my family.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Your add says $299, but then you want to come over and charge us $125 to dig and $250 to use a camera??? We told you where he tank was at but you want to give us attitude at OUR home about doing your job. Then at the end when my dad asks you to leave get mad and say ""we're not gonna work for free"". We wouldn't have called for services of we didn't have money to pay. Don't offend us in our home and accuse us of trying to get free services. BAD BAD BAD costumer service and misleading ads.
