There’s no secretary, supervisor, or sales staff; just a dad and son putting in the hours every day of the week. At The Drain Dudes, we treat our clients like family, as any good business should. We don’t engage in upselling. We identify the problem and get it resolved. The Drain Dudes is a venture I’m building for my son, aiming to leave him a legacy of strong values. With more than ten years in plumbing, I bring extensive knowledge to the table. I worked for a plumbing firm for several years until I perfected my skills and opted to start my own business. Our plumbing business is run by just the two of us, and we are growing as we connect with new clients. Paul S.If you need plumbing work, then look no further than The Drain Dudes. Jerry is the consummate professional. He uses high tech wizardry to solve your plumbing problems. I had a stoppage in the main sewer line, and needed help fast. Jerry and his crew were able to accommodate my schedule. They showed up and quickly analyzed the problem. It turned out that the City water main was broken and was blocking the water flow from my building. He made a video that I could share with the City to ensure that they repaired their 6"" water main.
I actually upgraded my service and got a ground level cleanout installed. TDD did it at a very reasonable price. Now, my building can be serviced by the city and by my plumber (now TDD). If you need a snake job done, Jerry will do it at a reasonable price. Do not even think about going to Roto Rooter or some other chain plumber. You should use TDD for all of your plumbing needs. After seeing their great work and attention to detail, I will not use any other plumber moving forward.
