Had them install a new shower fixture for me. Ended up having to call the guy back 3 times to fix his terrible work. After $600 in labor cost and over 500 in materials RUINED (scraped the finishes off everything) (A four year old could do better with a wrench) I was told by Mike that I could use ""Nail polish"" if I wanted them black again like Delta sent them. Terrible work. Terrible experience. wouldn't hire them again if they were the only plumber available. it would be more cost effective to learn the trade and try your own hand at your project than to ever have them work on your house. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC PLUMBER.

One-day promise turned into 5 days. It was an emergency because my mom could not use her toilet or sinks. They showed up at 10:30 and stayed to 2:30. Next day, they were in such a hurry to leave at 2, they broke the water main. City had to be called and the gushing water finally got turned off at 8pm. The next few days, ONE guy spent a few hours a day ""working"". My mom's yard is a huge mess. I know better not to pay up front, but I was desperate and thought they would make her a priority. Mike promised to fix a couple little leaks in the basement for my ""inconvenience"", but they ran with the $6000 plus and ran.

The Drain Doctor, Mike and his crew came out to help us with a nasty ongoing plumbing nightmare. Our sewer line over the years progressively got worse and finally stopped working all together. They sent out a plumber to run a snake out to see what was up and determined the line had collapsed and filled with mud and debris. So they set it up to get started on this as soon as they could get all the utility companies to sign off on it. The utilities were marked carefully over the weekend, but the township had the sewer line marked totally incorrect. Mike and his guys took their time to solve the mystery of where the line was and able to get started on the repairs. It was as suspected nasty old Orangeburg pipe. They used a line camera so they could see what was happening to the line. Repairs went smoothly and quickly from that point. And they even found a water leak we had not spotted earlier in the house that would have eventually burst. It was nasty messy business but the crew worked hard to get the job done before the sunset. Mike answered all our questions concerning the situation and everyone was laid back and friendly. We have our drains back and our toilet is working like a champ. We will be calling them back for other plumbing jobs as well.

I called this company in a pinch when we thought we had a clogged main drain. These guys at the Drain Dr figured out that the septic co that was paid $260 yesterday pumped the wrong tank. They were fairly priced, flexible and very professional. Will definitely use them in the future!
