Made an appointment for a drain cleaning. They cancelled my appointment late in the day, one hour before the scheduled time, leaving me no time to find someone to help that day. Apparently they went to do another job, maybe more lucrative.

This was a few years ago but I am still traumatized by it. He came and cleared out our main line to the street. I live in an apartment (do not own) and he was called by my landlord. He did clear the line. However, he showed me his GUN and talked to me about supporting Trump and republicans and made me very afraid with what he said. I am a young woman and was alone in the apartment and I was horrified. He also stomped his big muddy boots all over my kitchen and then left it there for me to clean up even thought I asked him to clean up (his) mess. Very unprofessional, also very scary. Do not recommend.

The Drain Doctor in Berlin, CT didn't snake my line properly and caused further expensive problems for me. The owner was rude and wouldn't accept any responsibility. I found a much better drain and sewer company in Meriden who did an excellent job afterward.
