Our toilets backed up at 11:30pm. After messing with it for hours we realized that they were draining into our showers and we had a really big problem. After speaking to our normal plumber, he urged us to call an emergency plumber as he was not available in the morning. At 2am I called and left a message for The Drain Defender, and to my shock they actually called back 5 minutes later and asked when we would want them to come out. We decided 7am and he was here promptly. Got straight to work and snaked out main line. And suggested we hydro the main line as there were a lot of branches blocking it (which is what our plumber had said was most likely the issue). We said sure go ahead and he asked us multiple times it we were sure and if we wanted to call our normal plumber to make sure he was offering us a good price. I loved how upfront and considerate The Drain Defender was. He was very professional, very honest and gave a great price. We are definitely keeping his number handy for future emergencies.

George was great. We had a terrible toiled clog late on a Sunday afternoon. When George showed up we learned it was worse than we though and he was diligent in fixing the clog despite a lot more work than he anticipated, i.e. the clog was deep in the line and the whole toilet had to be removed. This rates considering the time and day were reasonable and I would use him again. Highly recommended.
