I'm a little behind in posting this, but The Drain Co. is always my first call when it comes to plumbing. I had to call them 3 times in 3 weeks. Totally unrelated issues, and they were prompt, I was kept apprised on when someone would be coming, and everything is clean and dry when they are finished. Don't hesitate to use them.

Amazing experience from start to finish. I called on a Thursday morning and was able to schedule an appointment for Friday morning and was given a window of 8-10am. I received a text and email confirming my appointment, and then received a text when the plumber was on his way on Fri morning. George showed up exactly at 8am, right at the start of the window, which was already a good sign. Off the bat, he was friendly and professional. I walked him through our various plumbing issues and he provided initial feedback on what potential problem/fix could be. After an hour and a half he had completed everything and he walked me through everything he did. He explained the cause of the problems, exactly what he did to fix and how to maintain. He was very transparent and honest about everything and did not over-dramatize the problems to try and over charge me - which other plumbers have done in the past trying to make something a bigger deal. The final bill was VERY reasonable and I felt comfortable with it. I highly recommend Drain Co and George!

I was having plumbing issues in my family home where I'm living to ready it for sale since my folks passed. I had 2 different companies come to address the issue by snaking the pipes. Within a few days the issue returned. The Drain Company sent Joe and his crew to me. After some investigating Joe explained that it was a sewer issue and what needed to be done. It was a much larger and more expensive project than I anticipated but realized it was critical. Joe was excellent at communicating with me all the steps they would do, showed me the video of what he found in the sewer line. He was thorough, polite and gave me confidence that I selected the right company. It took only 2 days. It is worth the expense and came with a 15 year warranty. I highly recommend the Drain Company and especially Joe!
