Called this company after checking yelp. I had a clogged drain from my washing machine after my down duvet leaked feathers. Spoke to Star and she set up the appointment for that morning. The plumber came on time, was polite and respectful, and explained exactly what he was going to do to open the drain. Drain was opened in less than 10 minutes. He cleaned up after himself and was on his way.

What I really like about this company is they go the extra mile. Star called later on that day to make sure that everything went well.....it did. They also left a little package with a cute sponge with their company logo and some business cards. Star was very friendly but most of all wanted to ensure that I was taken care of. the Drain company understand good customer service.

Everyone at this firm are terrific. From the first call to the Tech, Mark who appeared at my door to unplug my roof drain with a very tight gutter angle. Interesting he pointed out the drain could not be handled by his equipment and gave me a referral. He did clean out my sewer line. Very friendly and honest in approach. No charge for what he couldn't do. I would use them again.

These people absolutely deserve their 5 star rating! They are soooooo honest. They saved me $2,400 dollars because another plumber wanted to put in a clean out in this house to unplug my drain. Shannon went through the vent pipe in the roof and didn't need to put in an expensive clean out. They saved me a fortune.

If you need your drain unplugged, hire these guys. They are awesome. I cannot give them enough credit for being honest.

Have now used Drain Co 3 times - Twice for home - once for work. Excellent customer service, excellent prices as well. Honest. I had a main line back up on a Friday night, called early Saturday morning and they were here by 11 drain was clear by 11:30. Andy was polite, honest & even arrived early. You cannot beat the prices for clearing our the drain. Great service!

Had an emergency major sewer blockage on Saturday night in my townhome. Out of 4 24-hr plummers called, only two actually replied. At 3AM one asked for $325 to come and only on the condition that I know where are my drain clean-out covers. I did not.
Mark from Drain Co. has quoted 145 and was willing to come, though expressed concern for noise and nudged me NICELY to let him come @ 6AM. He has arrived @ 5:45, found all the covers, built a proper wall from some plywood in my garage so that sewage stream would not go over the entire garage, but only the front half of it :( and kept on cleaning from one vent to the next for the next three hours ( four runs of 100 - 150 feet each, before we have located the clog). Total bill was certainly higher ($65 per half hour after the first hour), but we (myself and Association President) felt it was reasonable for a Sunday morning call.

To sum it all up - rapid response even @ 3AM on the weekend, good demeanor/personality, clean person, good work - I tipped without any regrets. Not the very cheapest, but not the most expensive either.

I was highly impressed by The Drainco service. Especially Mark L. who unclogged our sewer line at our community property.

One of our units had a back flow of sewer water in his main floor powder room. He called about 2am Sunday morning. Mark L. responded and being considerate of the other townhouse residence he start working first thing in the morning. He located the blockage and snaked the grain to the main sewer line of the property which was over 150 feet of snaking. He then snaked the main sewer line another 150 feet where a huge blockage was located. I think where other drain specialist would have given up, Mark L. was persistent to pass the huge blockage which he did after several attempts.

After the blockage passed we could hear water flowing from three other buildings that potentially would have had back flow in other units had Mark not solved the problem. He was friendly and his charges were more than reasonable. As the HOA president, I will be adding The Drainco to our vendor list and if we have any future problems I will be requesting they send out Mark L. to solve our problem. I highly recommend their services solely based on the performance of Mark L.

I am happy to have found this company. After reading so many positive Yelp reviews, I called to have preventative service done to clear out tree roots (if any) from the main line to the street. The person who booked my appointment and the guy who came out to the house were both courteous and professional. Five stars to The Drain Co! I had read too many bad reviews on some of the major companies and I am happy to have chosen The Drain Co.

I am very happy with the service. I had a clogged sink in the bathroom and building maintenance guys tried to clear it a few times with no success. I made an appointment with The Drain Co.

They showed up on time, cleared my drain which works perfect now and the price was very reasonable.

Great service, more than reasonable price, I'm a happy customer. Called The Drain Co this morning and they had one of their staff members, Kent, come fix a clogged tub shortly after. I recieved a courtesy call and Kent came on time, was polite, cleaned whater mess was made, and did a great job. Would definitely recomend these guys to family and friends. Thanks
