I would have left zero stars if that was an option. This past Tuesday morning I scheduled an appointment for The Drain Butler to come out to install a garbage disposal unit to replace an old unit the very next evening at 7:00. He asked me to text him my address to the phone number I had just called. As soon as we were off the phone I did text him my address. Our appointment time arrived and he did not show up. I called him to make certain he had received my text yesterday however I got his voicemail instead. His outgoing message stated to leave him a message and he will get back to me within 20 minutes. Here it is the next afternoon and I still have not received a response from him. I am so disappointed given his excellent reviews. He did tell me during our initial consultation that he does this as a side job and I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and hire him. He has lost the opportunity to make a new long-time client. Hopefully he learns that customer service is important if you would like to build and grow a business.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I needed a plumber for multiple issues in my house, but didn't want to spend a fortune. Luckily, I called up Cole, ""the Drain Butler"", and talked to him for a few minutes on the phone. He knew more than most everyone else I spoke with and was willing to work out a great deal. A few hours later he was at my door (on a Sunday) and fixed every problem we had in our house. We probably saved at least $300 and received fast, professional service.
