As a DIY'er I'm typically reluctant to call for help in our 1900 vintage farmhouse/apartments but a second floor clogged drain had me beat. I made several efforts to snake it out myself which worked in the past but not this time. Called DrainBrain and they said they could have someone there the next afternoon. Tim called the next morning, several hours early which was a great surprise. He brought everything he needed for the job right upstairs. He began by laying out a tarp to keep everything clean. Soon he had the line snaked out and draining great! He continued to double check that all was clear. He put everything back the way it was and cleaned everything back up. I don't think he was there for more than an hour. Thanks Tim for the excellent service! Fantastic service at a great price. Well worth it!

Drain brain is exceptional. I called them for work a few months ago and they were prompt professional and reasonable. I had another issue today and I called them and they said their work is guaranteed and will send someone over. They came promptly and diagnose the problem and resolved it. And made recommendations to prevent more issues in the future. The owner Warren is extremely professional, prompt, and loyal to his customers. I will not go anywhere else in the future. Hopefully I don't have any more problems but if I do I know who to call that will be reasonable, promptly, and experienced.

Steve and Will arrived punctually, and within 2 hours were able to get my severely degraded main drain open and running again using an auger, water jet and water bag (it was in bad shape). Price was reasonable, and they did a great job cleaning up. All set until I can get the pipe excavated in a few weeks.

Tim just finished snaking the sewage line from my basement to the street. What a professional!! He worked very efficiently and explained why and what he was doing. The company had quoted a flat fee for the service, and there were no surprises. Excellent company! I would highly recommend.
