I decided to try a new plumber...BIG mistake!
We have been using A & B for years and I decided to give the Drain Brain a try.
Initially it was great, called and had someone up here the next day. We had a toilet issue and a slow draining shower. The gentleman fixed the shower and then told me I needed a part for the toilet. I was told that he would get the part that evening and return the next day....nothing....the next day....nothing. When I finally called the gentleman I was assured he would be here the next day.
No one had called me once to tell me what was going on.
That was THREE days ago. I still have a toilet that is not working.
1 week...no toilet. Noooo Drain Brain

I've been using the Drain Brain for many years. I recently called Ted and told him I had a graywater line that was filled with roots. He told me there were no guarantees, but that if I wanted to take a chance it might work. I decided it was worth a shot, so we set up an appointment.

Rob came out on time, which I appreciated. He quickly assessed the situation and got right to work. It took some diligence and finesse, but eventually Rob started pulling out a 30 foot ""dreadlock"" that was unbelievably huge. It was truly amazing, and worth every penny.
I appreciate local people who take their work seriously and do a great job.
