We had a problem with a broken pipe. 1st company promised to fix it, but failed to show up or even call. Next day I called and they said they would be here between 10-12AM. Again they failed to show up or call, and then they stopped answering their phones as well. I called Darville and they agreed to see me at about 5 or 6 PM. They arrived at about 5:30, diagnosed the problem and gave me a very reasonable estimate, and were finished in about one hour. And they charged exactly what they had estimated. Marvin and Jeff were polite, hard working, and professional in every way. They will definitely get my plumbing business in the future.

If I could rate them a 1000 stars I would! Keith and Jose went above and beyond to get our problem fixed after 14 days of no water in the house!! These guys worked hard, were informative and were fair, since this was a very timely job. We are so grateful to have water again! Thanks many times over!

I've had the The Darville Company out to fix my AC and then I had the plumbers out to unclog a kitchen drain. Both were very good experiences. They called, were on time, politely introduced themselves and got right to work. I will use them again the need arises. They do seem to be fairly pricey so you might compare. It was over $300 to unclog my drain. Now, maybe that is just the going rate in our area. The AC repair was around $200- which seemed very reasonable as they were out twice and it was a very hot week! But the professionalism was great!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
This company did some faulty work on a property I own a few years back and after a couple of attempts to notify them for their faulty work, they never showed up to correct the deficiencies. My corporate never paid the bill as the work should have been warrantied. Regardless, this company has since illegally placed collection notice on my personal credit report piercing the corporate veil. This is illegal. I have contacted them a few times since and spoken to a couple of folks and most recently Mitzey in the office but she never returned my call nor did the owner.

I have reached out to one of my attorneys today and plan to take this into a legal matter as they have completely disregarded my attempts by not returning my call nor fixed the issue. I strongly advise all to not do business with company's who conducts business in an illegal matter.

So today I had this company come out and give me an estimate for a gas line and also to unstop a bath tub drain. They did not think they could get to me today, but called me and told me they had an opening and could they come out. Alan arrived promptly as he said he would. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Gave me the estimate to run gas to our fireplace and also for a stove. Afterwords he snaked our tub , and got it draining much better than what it had been. In the future if I need plumbing services I will definitely call Darville plumbing.

Great company with great employees. Our A/C went out on what was the hottest day of the summer this year. Called Darville at 6 p.m and their technicians showed up in a very timely manner. The techs were Vincent and Sean and they were both very professional and knew what they were doing. I would recommend this company to everyone.
