Terry and the Craftsmen Group saved our porch project. So we had to rebuild our front porch because it was sinking and pulling away from the house. We found another contractor to do the work and they did the bottom half and left the project before the top was done. And the bottom half was not done as we had asked. Enter the Craftsmen Group who fixed it up and finished the project. The porch is beautiful now. Terry was very engaged with us and listened to what we were looking for. He followed the designs as we had specified and was good about reassuring us about certain decisions and telling us whether other aspects of the project were necessary or not. Basically, he was exactly what I would hope a contractor would be - engaged, design oriented, detail oriented, kind, and willing to work with the owner as a team. And I found their pricing to be fair, especially for the great work.
