We hired Country Plumber for our backyard wedding & we could not be happier. No one ever fully appreciates a plumber until Sh*t hits the fan and you need to get married at your house, during a pandemic. Well, I will tell you this a) no chance 50 people are using my bathroom and b) no chance will they use a generic ole blue porta potty. Country Plumber not only delivered they over delivered. Amazing communications, great price and no fuss. To think, part of our guests experience was rest rooms - fully loaded with music, lights and comfort - we will use them again anytime we plan a party!

The previous owner of the house used this company for septic. They sent us a three year reminder to have out system pumped. The Friday after I got their card in the mail I called to set up an appointment for septic and the tub faucet that had started to drip. They said someone would come but did not set up a time other than ""Tuesday"", wanted my card on file before I had any work done, and made me feel like I was being stupid for asking for two services that they provide. Yes I know the septic crew is not going to fix my tub! Whatever, I need something done because my faucet had been going since Thursday so I agree.

On Tuesday I get up early and wait until about 2pm before calling to see if they could give me an update. They say I set up an appointment for Wednesday (No I didn't.) but that because of what I'm describing (The same thing I said Friday) they would cancel my ticket and have their ""Master Plumber"" call me. Again didn't say when or give me any other information. Looks like another reviewer had a similar problem. I guess I'll call someone else for the tub and see if Country Plumber bothers to show up to do the septic on the date they said.

I have never experienced customer service at this level - ever. My septic backed up with the 1st use of my washer in my new home on Friday night. The truck was on its way right after I called. Then, the rodder made it possible to use the water again. Monday, they raised the tank lid, as needed, & 1 of the owners returned money for an overpayment on 1 of my emergency service calls! Tuesday, someone else shocked the well, different but necessary.
Every time there was a new thing to take care of, it was done that day or the next. Wow!

Bad business practices, they have done 2 different no call,no shows on us.. with the last being an urgent need. Was told at 8:20 a.m they will be out in the afternoon, heard nothing, saw nothing.. called at 1:45 p.m. spoke with someone, who said I'd receive a call from them, concerning our appointment, still nothing..I lost hours of pay at work and also had to receive a occurrence for leaving early for an appointment they never bothered to show up to.,and left my family of four out of water for over 24 hours...I do not recommend them, nor will use their business again...

Country Plumber was supposed to come out today on an appointment made weeks ago. No one ever showed up and the person on the phone had no idea where they even were.

We were a customer for several years, using Country Plumber to empty our septic system as needed. But, when it came time to sell our home and some corrections needed to be made to our septic system (e.g. install a riser and lock and chain as well as change the sample faucet to code), I called twice and spoke to the reception who took my name and number, telling me that a guy by the name of ""Tom"" would call me back; he never called.

I called one last time (my third phone call) and explained my frustration to the receptionist. She said she could not help me and that ""Tom manages his own schedule and his own work"". I told her I was disappointed and that I would be taking my business elsewhere - she seemed indifferent, not wanting to help me.

So, with all of this said, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

We had Country Plumber install a new water heater 12/29/15. One of their fittings had a slow leak....fast forward to now and I noticed the carpet right outside the closet (the water heater is in the back of) was wet....SOPPING WET! Then as I started taking things out of the closet, low and behold the entire floor had standing water. You couldn't see it because of the carpet, but once you removed an item there was a watered dent in the carpet. There was mold on everything as well! We called them and they said, hey that's what homeowners insurance is for. We should be kept an eye on our waterheater! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! You can't even see the leak just looking at the water heater, which by the way is in a covered portion in the back of the closet. They said that's what they do. WELL YEAH, THEY ARE AWARE OF THEIR SHODDY WORK!! They repaired the leak and refuse to take any responsibility for all the other damage....rotted sub floor, carpet, mold, mildew stained items that were neatly on the floor in boxes. Their attitude SUCKS! I would never recommend them for anything! If I could give them a ZERO I would. This is going to cost us close to $1000 or more....
