Jay and his crew are extremely professional and do exactly what they say they will do. Got our new AC installed and started to notice the declining utilities bills the very next month. Our unit purrs like a kitten and has all the bells and whistles but at a very reasonable price. Each and every time we have called or texted with a question the response has been within minutes ready to answer and help.

We just moved into a new home and decided to change our electric stove top over to LP Gas. The neighborhood and home do not have city gas lines so we have two large tanks on the side of our house that supply the fireplaces and outdoor bbq with LP. We wanted to add a line to our kitchen so we could upgrade to a gas range.

A long time friend who works in plumbing recommended Jay so we gave him a call. Jay was quick to call back and we got something set up for a couple days later. He gave me a quote over the phone of $300 based on the description. Jimbo and Bobby showed up on time, got to work and did a great job. They cleaned up the space after they were done and explained some recommended upgrades we should have done to the gas tanks. The things they recommended fell in line with what the inspector had said during the home buying process and so we had them come back out a few days later to get that done too.

Great company to work with. Prompt, friendly, and responsible. Keeping their number handy for future needs.

Wow!! Why did I wait so long to get a gas outlet installed behind my stove? The Cooling & Plumbing Co came highly recommended by my community members on Nextdoor--And I join them with the highest recommendation! When I talked to Jay Monday a little over a week ago, he explained the process wasn't near as complex as I expected and the cost was no where near the high cost I expected. They are licensed and certified to do gas lines and are used by appliance dealers in our area. We set an appointment for today (a week later). His guys--Jimbo and Bobby--showed up on time, were very professional, explained what they were going to do and went about doing it. Start-to-finish in just about two hours! Cost--REASONABLE. The small cutout in the drywall is no problem as they recommended a drywall guy who can match whatever texture pattern exists. Glad I found The Cooling & Plumbing Co and will gladly recommend them to neighbors and family. Good job Jimbo & Bobby.

Professional is the perfect fit for this company!

I recently bought a townhouse and needed some minor to medium water and AC work done. The problem was I work a lot and needed someone to do a lot of work without me being there.

The Cooling and Plumbing company worked with me the whole way. The gave me a fair quote for the work, never pushed any service or product on me. They suggested some work but were nice about me thinking it over.

We also had to coordinate with my HOA to shut the water off. We had a small window of time from 7 to 8 am to get the work done. They came they saw they conquered. Work was done, and looked beautiful.

They did a lot of maintenance on my AC(which now is very cold), and rebuilt my main water line with the emergency shut off.

They treated me very well and all I can say is I will be going to them in the future!

I hired Penguin to come and service my three air conditioners. Matthew was the person they sent. I got a call (after putting in request on the web) and after I got an email with the time he should be arriving. Matt also called me so I could let him into my building. I also got a message when Matt was soon arriving telling me who was arriving, his picture and a short profile. It was great to know and see who would be arriving. Matt did a great job of looking and servicing my three air conditioners which had never been serviced since it was installed. He went over everything about the a/c's and I agreed that they needed to be fixed up the way he described. The next morning he was over and did all the updates that were necessary for these a/c's. Matt was very personable and friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank you Penguin for having such great people in your business!!!

Fair and honest!! These are the people to go to when you need any help with HVAC or plumbing. They also do gas line extensions and backyard installs (BBQs etc).
