I cannot say enough about Jay Monday and his crew! Today was 113 and one of my AC units decided to stop working. It was Sunday morning and I needed help ASAP. I called The Cooling and Plumbing Co and Jay immediately came over to help get my unit up and working again. Jay is honest and very knowledgeable. Awesome company that takes care of you. Was having cooling issues in part of my house that we purchased last year kitchen/ family room and my daughters room. They came out quoted me what needed to be done I said lets do it. They came out and was right on time and got to work. Added 2 returns and 2 new vents and replaced and fixed all the leaking and wrongs that were previously there. Before my Ac needed to be on 75 with blinds all closed and constantly running with fans blowing to the warmer side of the house just to try to keep the house Cool and couldn't keep up with outside temps only in 90's Now with the proper installed ventilation 78 and its Perfect all the time I have noticed less electric bill and quieter Ac inside and definitely the Ac is not working as hard as before even being over 100* all week. Also as for my daughters and hot side of the house is now cool and much better even with blinds open. They also fixed the annoying knocking in the walls from water pressure being to high added a part and cleaned up my front plumbing (even planned plumbing for water softener that we would like to install in the future)and haven't had any knocks or problems. Jay also had other recommendations to help with cooling the attic to help cool house which I trust him and we will be doing soon. I must say any plumbing, cooling, or gas needs in the future Cooling & Plumbing Co. will be my first call!!! Thanks Guys!!!

Excellent work by the whole team! I wanted to have a gas line plumbed from my attic to my kitchen and a new dual fuel range installed. Jay was able to give me a quick, accurate, quote over the phone and we started the work just a couple of days later. The communication was great, the install was seamless, the pricing very competitive, and the service was superb! They even came back promptly (on a Saturday) to help me troubleshoot my hot water heater as the pilot light went out as a result of the install. A class company. Highly recommended.

Jay and his crew are amazing! Recently had a new ac and heating system installed into my home. Patrick and the other associate (wish I knew his name) came out as scheduled and installed my unit in the pouring rain. Never once did they complain and they were completely pleasant and professional the whole time. One of the best costumer services I've EVER experienced. Not to mention Jay's prices are extremely fair. I highly recommend this company to anyone experiencing any sort of heating/ac/or plumbing issues. They're simply the best.

Seriously Jay from The Cooling and Plumbing Company went above and beyond ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE individual I've ever worked with!!! My husband came home to find our non-working air conditioner!!! It's so hot out we knew we needed it fix ASAP but NO ONE we spoke to could help us u till we called Jay at The Cooling and Plumbing!!! He came RIGHT out and fixed the problem THAT NIGHT!!! I was so happy to find Jay of The Cooling & Plumbing.Co. I had just moved to Scottsdale and I was having an issue with my ice maker water supply. I had 2 previous plumbers take a look and could not solve the problem. When I spoke to Jay he assured me that he will solve the problem. And he did. His workers Nick and Pat arrived on time and completed the work. I am very pleased and will not hesitate to call again for any issue. Jay and his team are knowledgeable, professional, respectful and fun. They are respectful and nice to each other as well which makes them a pleasure to have working in my home. Due to electrical issues I was without hot water for several weeks. Jay installed a hot water warmer temporarily at my sink so that I could wash dishes with hot water. This was a kindness above and beyond my expectations. His service attitude is caring and helpful. He has consistently done what he says he will do. As soon as I got my electrical problems solved, he came over immediately to install a new water heater. I should add that the quality of their work is excellent. I can recommend without reservation.
