Its blase, but you definitely have to know an AC guy in AZ who can help you when your AC is out. If you don't have one, yet, and are considering Jay and The Cooling and Plumbing Co, stop looking elsewhere and keep reading!

These guys are BUSY, and rightfully so. Unluckily for me and my tenants, the sites they've worked on had issues at inopportune times. Luckily for me, they've been willing to take care of our issues despite their backlog of work.

Fast - I email/voicemail/text them and BOOM - response

Professional - They tell me when it'll be installed and by what time, and BAM - it's done

Product breadth - He offers me different systems with different costs and tells me why each one is better than the other to help me decide which one is best. WHAM - it's under budget.

Smell good and don't see their butt cracks - Sorry, I've never been there when they've done the work so I can't vouch for that...... (Facepalm)

Buying an AC is NOT as personal of a decision as say a car is. Finding the right people who will be coming into your house again in the future is a personal decision. Finding someone who you know will continue to be there when you need them so you don't have to go looking for a new guy every time is priceless. How often is the same car salesman available for you 15 years later? These guys will be around because they're that GOOD.

Personally, I will use Jay and The Cooling and Plumbing Co anytime I need them. I wish he would have teams in CA and NV, too!

Clean, fast, and professional. When it comes to plumbing companies that is something that is never at the forefront. Its usually late, unprofessional, and messy so I can appreciate the customer service from Jay and his team. I had some quotes on work from a few other companies but was not happy with the price I was receiving. I researched around a bit more and came across this outfit right here on Yelp. By using The Cooling and Plumbing Co I saved almost $400 from the next least expensive quote I entertained. Jimbo and team arrived onsite at the time I was promised and were out the door within 2 hours. I had a few other items that were not included in the quote that were repaired free of charge. That is some serious A+ BBB status right there.

BEST.SERVICE.EVER!! I called Jay Monday because a friend recommended him to me. His service is second to none!!! He is honest, dependable, and affordable! I wanted to run natural gas off my house and to two fire pits. He made my life so simple and hassle free. He submitted all the paper work to the city to pull the permit and do it correctly. His crew showed up and installed the job immediately. I will be using Jay Monday for all my heating and cooling needs, he is exceptional! Thanks Jay for everything!

I was hanging a shelf up in my garage and one of the screws hit a copper waterline. I called The Cooling and Plumbing Co and they sent someone out to fix it. It was actually a lot cheaper than I thought it would be with it being an emergency. I would definitely recommend these guys!!!

Had an issue with a pipe underground that broke. Called them and they walked me through on how to turn the water off and sent a tech over (who was promptly on time). Had me fixed to better than new in no time and were very professional and took the time to explain what happened and the options to repair it. Hopefully I won't have any plumbing emergencies in the future, but if I do I will be calling these guys for sure. In summary, they were prompt, knowledgeable, and had good pricing.

These guys are great! Quick response and great customer service. They extended our gas line to our fire pit in our backyard and installed the fire ring. Double checked/tested everything. Definitely recommend!

Jay and his crew are extremely professional and do exactly what they say they will do. Got our new AC installed and started to notice the declining utilities bills the very next month. Our unit purrs like a kitten and has all the bells and whistles but at a very reasonable price. Each and every time we have called or texted with a question the response has been within minutes ready to answer and help.
