James and Steve do a fantastic job. I have an AC unit that came with the house I purchased a year and a half ago that is not one of their units. They have been out multiple times fixing different issues that have come up and have always done a great job. Although when you call the main number over the weekend and receive an """"After business hours"""" voicemail, they do a fantastic job of checking it every hour to make sure none of their clients go un-served. They are timely, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. We have a premier plan that has more than paid for itself. Would recommend over any other company that I've dealt with.

Our technician, Rick Haven II, showed up at the agreed time. He went right to the outside unit, hooked up his equipment and within minutes had the problem identified. He really impressed us as a person who knew exactly what he was doing. This was not the case with the company that we had been using previously. The entire experience exceeded our expectations!

Excellent air conditioning company. We had them do our yearly air conditioning maintenance and Steve was excellent! Very professional and friendly. Also super informative, literally walked us though are entire system, even sharing the photos he took. We will definitely be using them again! I highly recommend giving them a try!

Came home and my house felt like a sauna. So I called Comfort Authority and James and Steve arrived shortly afterward and took good care of me. They had my system back up and blowing cold air in no time. Very professional and pleasant. Highly recommended!!

I'm always leary of a 5 star review, but these guys earned it. Their diagnostics game is on point. They have and actually use all kinds of cool equipment that tells you how much air your system is moving to property diagnose the CAUSE of your problem and not just fix the symptoms. My air conditioner is only two years old and has already had the capacitor blow...on a Saturday of all days. I had to use another company for this emergency and paid a pretty penny for it. Tired of losing money on my ac, I called the comfort authority to see what was the problem once and for all. They came out and ran diagnostics and determined I don't have enough return air vents, my ducts are too small and my ac is oversized thus why the capacitor blew (it's working too hard to draw in the air it needs). They gave me three options on how to fix it. These guys are definitely not cheap, but they aren't the most expensive either. And to top it off, I told the comfort authority that their competitor replaced my capacitor and they asked me if I got the part for free because it was under warranty. What??? No, that other company never said anything about a warranty. The comfort authority emailed me a screenshot of my warranty and I sent it to the other company for my refund. They went above and beyond and saved me $150!! They didn't have to do that, but they did and that's why I'm writing this review. These guys are great at what they do and run an honest business. Use them to service your ac and don't look back.

I had the opportunity to have Jimmy and Steve from """"The Comfort Authority """"service my heating/air unit. All I can say is that this team is unbelievable. Having been in our house since 2010, I have had a few different companies come to service or repair the system. None were as informative, professional, and no nonsense like this team. They were thorough and explained everything they did. I did not feel rushed and they took their time to ensure they did a great job. So many times in Florida, contractors rush and do things and do not focus on the long term; this company does. The annual service they conducted was extremely comprehensive. It included completely cleaning the outside and inside units and a detailed inspection of the ductwork and air distribution through the house. There was an immediate difference in the system after the service. The improvements that this company can do to your system is limitless and I strongly recommend one of their maintenance plans, it is well worth money and will pay for itself in the end. Thanks to """"The Comfort Authority"""" for the great work and teaching me a few things about my system. This team comes highly recommended and I will continue to do business with them.
