Once again, we were very impressed with all the folks at Comfort Authority. Our split AC/heat unit was installed last year. It stopped working so we called Comfort Authority. They came right away and determined the problem-some connections within the unit were loose. Hats off to everyone there! When you call them, you will know exactly what will happen, when it will happen and the cost. They keep you updated on everything-in REAL time! How amazing is that. Just wished all companies ran their business as they do.

We have unfortunately had to replace two AC units over the past 3 years due to age. Luckily, the Comfort Authority went above and beyond to make the replacement process as smooth as possible. They are one of the most professional home services companies I have dealt with and I can't say enough good things about Peter who oversaw our most recent install. He and his partner Freddie are an amazing and hard working team. Highly recommended!

I was in need of a new A/C system for my home and took on the arduous task of getting competitive quotes. I have to say, The guys at The Comfort Authority were super informative and helpful when they came out. After the initial run through, I needed to take a call for work that ran longer than expected. (2 hours). The rep waited for my call to be finished and walked me through everything they took into account and what my home needed to be properly cooled. From my experience, going with the cheapest quote hardly ever works out for the consumer. So I was happy to see The Comfort Authority was not the cheapest, but definitely provided the most value while keeping my budget in mind. Once the installation team showed up, only 3 days after signing my quote, they were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend The Comfort Authority to anyone looking for A/C work. 10 years parts and labor warranty! Can I get an AMEN!

Our technician, Rick Haven II, showed up at the agreed time. He went right to the outside unit, hooked up his equipment and within minutes had the problem identified. He really impressed us as a person who knew exactly what he was doing. This was not the case with the company that we had been using previously. The entire experience exceeded our expectations!

First off, thank you Peter (team lead), Steve (owner) and Derrick (sales rep) who were 100% professional, clear and the whole team's incredibly efficiency in installing our multiple (!) HVAC systems. I had several other quotes and not only was Comfort Authority competitive with their bid, but supplied the best product for our needs with service that surpassed many other companies that I've worked with throughout my renovation. My AC compressor (the unit outside) stopped working, it wouldn't turn on so I called this company and they sent someone over to diagnose the problem. I paid them 80$ and all they told me was that it's broken (duh) and I should change it which would cost me 3000$ or change my whole system and that would cost 7000$ and the technician was very insistent that I decide right there. They told me they would email me the diagnosis report, but when they did it was one line, """"Going to wait r22 unit compressor and defrost board needs to be replace, recommended new unit Goodman."""" A day later I called an actual AC repair man who told me that the conductor was faulty and changed it right there (it took 5 minutes) and it started working again. He charged my 170$ (I think if I haggeled I probably could have got it down to 120 or 150$ but I didn't). I don't know why people rate this company as 5 star but they aren't, and people should be careful with their reviews (I called this company because they had 5 star review). I recommend finding an actual AC repair man.

Charges $120 to come out for an estimate. NO THANKS! If I could charge $120 to just come out and give estimates I'd be rich. Stay away folks, 99% of the other companies will come out and give you a free bid on your job! 11/29/2019Hi Alan, thanks for the feedback. I'm really sorry for the misunderstanding - there is no charge for system replacement estimates. We only charge for work performed, such as a diagnostics, check ups, repairs or installations. If you were told anything different than this, please give me call and I'll get it cleared up for you. Hi Steve, I have called your company on 2 separate occasions now and was told that I need to pay $120 for you to come out and give me an estimate. I actually spoke with you. I am not paying $120 for you to submit your bid for a duct cleaning, that shouldn't cost much more than that anyways. Thanks but no thanks.

Had our annual service today. These folks have been and remain strong technicians who are focused on client needs (strong listeners asking things like """" what else concerns you? tell me more""""). We have been a full replacement customer, a duct work re-work customer and an annual check up customer DO CALL THEM!

Micheal and edwardo were amazing on instal and really went above and beyond on our replacement,micheal was so imformative and knowledgeable!
