Stay away.......Kenny came over to unclog our waste line in the basement. He seemed to be a very nice guy, but 24 hours later our toilet overflowed while I was taking a shower! Hmmmm, he did NOT get the clog or answer our calls when we needed him to come back and complete the job. Obviously he did not do a thorough job in the first place or this would not have happened. Now we are out $300 and have to fix it ourselves. I am planning on taking him to small claims court so hopefully he won't do this to someone else.

No way.
I asked Kenny to install a new dishwasher. He arrived, did the install, and I paid him $160.
The next day, I noticed water in my basement, and it was coming from the dishwasher. I called Kenny, he did some work, and left. Again, the next time I used the dishwasher, there was water leaking - a lot..
At this point, I did not want Ken to touch anything else. He's not a licensed plumber and simply did not have the skills to do the job. I asked for my money back and he refused.
When the next plumber came to finish the install, he noticed that there were two separate leaks, and what Kenny did was a total hack job.
Luckily my water leaks only went into an unfinished basement. There would have been a lot of damage caused by Kenny if the room below had been finished.

This was our second time calling Kenny, on both occasions he was able to arrive quickly, take care of the issue & clean up after himself (and us)! Very, very reasonable. We won't hesitate to call him if needed.

Kenny is a crook.. I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS...He a lier who tells you what you want to hear then takes your money and runs. He beat me for over a $1000 dollars.
Promised to come back and finish the next day and didn't. If you want to get ripped off then go with kenny.. do yourself a favor and call a real plumber someone who knows how to run a business.

Called because of a clogged drain, he was here in about 15 minutes! George is awesome. No muss, no fuss, fixed everything in less than 40 minutes for half the price of RotoRooter. Highly recommended. I will call them for any kind of plumbing needs I have in the future.

A friend of mine gave this guy a $1800.00 deposit, he did no work and never returned the money, Stay away from this crook!!!!

Kenny does not know how to run a business. He has always took for ever to come to my office to just change over a plaster trap that took no less then 30 mins. He now decided to blow my office off so I had to contact a new plumber who was AWESOME changed everything over I called him that same day !!! DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR BUSINESS ! He's a waste of money and TIME which he has no knowledge for I feel bad for the people who work for him.

They replaced garbage disposal and kitchen faucet in my house but broke the valve of the pipe that leads to water with no pressure from the faucet. Kenny took my money in cash promising to come back to fix the water pressure issue next day but then never showed up. We keep calling him and he keeps avoiding my call. This is very unprofessional. I don't understand how he could still carry out business like this by lying and cheating.

We had an issue with our 4 toilets which we tried to fix on our own to no avail. I called Kenny the owner on a Saturday and he came over on Sunday to accommodate our schedule. He was quick to tell us the problem, ran to Home Depot to pick up the parts and repaired all 4 toilets. He brought his wet vac, tools and cleaned up after. We were pleased with his work. He's friendly and very reasonable on his fee. I would definitely call him the next time we need a plumber and would refer him to friends and family.

Very, very pleased with the service I received from Kenny, the owner. Very personable, same day service. Had a clog in the main drain of a multi-family causing a back-up into my tenant's bathtub, (this is not a job everyone can do). Kenny was out there the same day and fixed it for hundreds less than I would've paid roto-rooter or some other big company like that. Highly recommended, thank you again!
