Kenny is unreliable, unprofessional and a thief. He took a $2,000 deposit (cashed check same day) and never showed up to perform work. He refuses to return my deposit or return calls. I found out too late that he is not licensed and untrustworthy.

Kenny and his coworker (and wife), Rachel, are fabulous!! Kenny is very experienced (knowledgeable) and explains thoroughly everything that needs to be done. He kept me in the loop throughout. As a team, they are thorough and hard-working, as well as being really nice people!
I feared I was in for real trouble (1951 house, old pipes, an unfortunate black backup), but Kenny took care of it quickly and didn't charge an arm and a leg. I'll definitely call him, if I have clogs in the future.

I want you all to know about Kenny, the Clogologist. Several years ago, my husband was selling his van. Kenny responded to the ad because his van had been totaled. He met with my husband and they made a payment arrangement for the van. My husband at that time was suffering from early dementia, so he didn't file anything legally, but felt Kenny was a ""good guy who needed a break"". Kenny was good for a bit with payments, then stopped paying. He may be good at what he does, but should be ashamed of himself for taking advantage.

Good guy. Him and his coworker George really helped us in a bind when our sewage pipe burst. He came right away and snaked our pipes and replaced the old cast iron. Turned what could have been a nightmare into a smooth update of pipes.

Stay away.......Kenny came over to unclog our waste line in the basement. He seemed to be a very nice guy, but 24 hours later our toilet overflowed while I was taking a shower! Hmmmm, he did NOT get the clog or answer our calls when we needed him to come back and complete the job. Obviously he did not do a thorough job in the first place or this would not have happened. Now we are out $300 and have to fix it ourselves. I am planning on taking him to small claims court so hopefully he won't do this to someone else.

No way.
I asked Kenny to install a new dishwasher. He arrived, did the install, and I paid him $160.
The next day, I noticed water in my basement, and it was coming from the dishwasher. I called Kenny, he did some work, and left. Again, the next time I used the dishwasher, there was water leaking - a lot..
At this point, I did not want Ken to touch anything else. He's not a licensed plumber and simply did not have the skills to do the job. I asked for my money back and he refused.
When the next plumber came to finish the install, he noticed that there were two separate leaks, and what Kenny did was a total hack job.
Luckily my water leaks only went into an unfinished basement. There would have been a lot of damage caused by Kenny if the room below had been finished.

This was our second time calling Kenny, on both occasions he was able to arrive quickly, take care of the issue & clean up after himself (and us)! Very, very reasonable. We won't hesitate to call him if needed.

Kenny is a crook.. I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS...He a lier who tells you what you want to hear then takes your money and runs. He beat me for over a $1000 dollars.
Promised to come back and finish the next day and didn't. If you want to get ripped off then go with kenny.. do yourself a favor and call a real plumber someone who knows how to run a business.

Called because of a clogged drain, he was here in about 15 minutes! George is awesome. No muss, no fuss, fixed everything in less than 40 minutes for half the price of RotoRooter. Highly recommended. I will call them for any kind of plumbing needs I have in the future.

A friend of mine gave this guy a $1800.00 deposit, he did no work and never returned the money, Stay away from this crook!!!!
