Completely recommend!! We had a clogged sewer that we discovered at 8pm. Flooded basement. Tommy was here shortly after 9pm and had it cleared in no time. Very professional. Reasonable price. Truly saved us tonight. Great company and that logo shows a fun sense of humor.

I called The Clogfather because I had a backed up bathtub. I submitted a request online and they contacted me right away. Within a couple of hours they were at my door. The problem was more involved than I thought, but they fixed it right away and even cleaned up afterwards. They are very professional and the nicest guys ever!

I had the worst experience with them. I would not recommend them. The technician came and tried to unclog my main line. He ended up breaking a pipe in the yard after we told him the pipe had a patch. The technician left in a hurry. He told me that he does not dig and would not look at the problem. He told me to take a picture and text it to him. But the worst is that he never put the cap back on the main line and that caused sewage to flood my basement. When we contacted them regarding this they were nasty. I have spent a week cleaning up the mess they left behind.

Thomas and Domenick were LIFESAVERS who came to unclog my bathtub, which was overflowing with water that was coming UP the bathroom drain! While doing laundry in the basement of our house, I noticed water overflowing out our basement toilet. The water was hot and was coming from an upstairs bathtub that was being drained. And no matter what sink in the house we were dumping the water in, it found its way back to the basement toilet. There obviously was a clog somewhere. We called The Clogfather and spoke to Tommy. He came and assessed the situation. The clog was in our water main. He gave me a couple of options. I selected the combination of snaking the drain followed by hydro-jetting the pipe since it's never been cleaned since we owned the house which is 14 years. Tommy explained that the main pipe should be snaked once a year. He discovered balls of tangled roots and grease. I was in shock. Tommy was so professional and knowledgeable and super friendly. What started out as a nightmare was easily resolved once Tommy took over. I highly recommend him and The Clogfather. I found the price to be very reasonable considering I never had our water main pipe snaked since living there. Thank you Tommy. It was a pleasure.

My washing machine was not draining properly and could not do laundry without water spilling everywhere. We called Tom and he came right away to fix it. He decided to snake the drain in my sink and not the washer, which worked perfectly and I can now do laundry again! No other plumber did that for us. We will definitely call the Clogfather again!
