This company also goes by Dan The Heating Man. The owner Dan Watterson is a total scumbag. He will rip you off as soon as there's an open window of oppurtunity. In his case that would be almost all his customers. He will not give you a set price if he knows you really need the emergency call done and he has to make several trips. So he'll keep you on a string and says he'll get back to you. He's made fraudulent charges on my credit card, made more damages to mu property then contact the city plumbing inspector, don't show up when promised, doesn't provide contracts for a job that would be thousands of dollars, do malicious acts to worsen the situation and put pressure on tenants and telling them he can finish work as long as the landlord pays him he would return. He takes advantage of the urgency and over charges by 3 times. Claiming he's a reputable plumber and has over 20 years of experience is a lie. He lies so much on the phone with me that he forgets his own lies. So we're never on the same page where we left off. Search him on the internet and you'll see. He is sooo shady he probably have written his own reviews & gave himself a 5 star rating.
