We have been trying to sell our house and the night before our inspection, our sink clogged. Emergency mode! It was a Saturday and my wife called Willy and he actually came out that day!! We were blown away with the level of dedication Willy has to his customers. He fixed the clog in our garbage disposal.

A couple days later, after the inspection, a couple more plumbing issues were found during the inspection in other parts of the house and Willy was available to come this week (day I'm writing this review). He went above and beyond the line of duty for us and fixed the issues and gave me a walkthrough of the work done. My wife and I are customers for life! Can't recommend him enough!

I called The Clog Dr yesterday morning to repair the two toilets in recently purchased condo. They were old, smelled, and had not been used since the property had been vacant for several months before I moved in 6 weeks ago.

Not only did Willie arrive within the window of time he indicated, he respected my property ( clean and neat), assessed the problem, repeated it for my mother's benefit (it was her bathroom) and replaced the toilet the same day. He told me the other toilet was fine.

He is professional/pleasant/ courteous and neat. Although I had to spend more that what I wanted, I didn't get the sense that he was trying to scam me. Willie even got back to me with a name of someone who could help me with another project.

I highly recommend his services.

I will say when I called for an emergency he was able to come within the hour which is a major plus. My sewer pipe broke 150 ft away from my house. First he couldn't find the access in the pipe and said I had to smash my toilet (which I did). Then he found the access afterwords (so the toilet didnt have to be smashed). His camera also broke a part of my concrete steps becuase of its weight. The cost for a new toilet and installation and step repair was approx $500 that I felt was not needed.

He charged me approx $3000 for 2 days of full work and a couple 1 hour days (all seperate bills) He charged me $650 to install a pipe which took him approx 1 hour and he said to get his camera out of his truck is a min. $400 charge. I was in a real jam so I had to do it, but I felt the price was high. The first trip I felt he was fair for the work he did, but the last was on the high side and was upset about having to replace toilet/stairs.

I recently discovered a problem with the sewer line at my grandmother's house in Bridgeport (photos from Aug 10th in gallery) and Willy responded immediately to set up a time the same day to evaluate the problem. He provided a very reasonable quote later the same day and returned within a couple of days to complete the job - the only delay was caused by the rain. The sewer line had to be replaced and Willy and the gentlemen who assisted with the excavation did an outstanding job! We will definitely call him if there is a future issue with the plumbing. His service was outstanding!

Third time is is charm! My fiancé and I just bought and moved into our home, not even two weeks later we had plumbing issues. Called one guy, temporary fix and when we called to see if he could come back out he told us he didn't have a snake. What plumber doesn't have a snake?! Then we had another company come out, by 1 a.m. he wasn't able to fix the problem. The following day, Willy was referred to us. What a relief!! He came out in a Saturday morning, used his machines and cameras, we ended up having the tree in front of our house crush the clay pipes and was traveling through our pipes. Willy gave us a price to fix it, EXTREMELY REASONABLE! Even with the street having to be closed off, all the workers, the sidewalk, street, and our driveway having to be open, it really was affordable. Willy was there the whole time, and each and every time someone came out. He was very sincere, extremely intelligent, and above all professional. Hopefully we won't need a plumber for a long time, but if we do, we'll for sure call Willy first.

Kid flushed a spoon down the toilet. Called clog doctor and spoke to Willy. Willy had a sixth sense about where the spoon was and snaked it out.

Just had Willy come to investigate our sewer line, which we suspected had a break. He was extremely professional and friendly. Used his state-of-the-art camera to check the line and found that, although there was no break, we had a lot of tree roots infiltrating the line. He spent over an hour snaking the line to clear as many of the roots as possible. He was extremely diligent in trying to make sure it was clear. He made sure to show me all the steps so that I could understand what he was doing and see where the problem was. After he finished, he cleaned up thoroughly and left the basement in the same condition he found it. His price seemed reasonable for the amount of work he performed and the equipment involved. Most importantly, he gave me piece of mind that my sewer line was in good shape.
