We had a clogged kitchen sink and Steve came out to fix it the same day with no extra fees. I actually learned something about plumbing that day as he was patient to explain to me how our house was piped and what to watch out for in the future. He was kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and considerate to leave my kitchen as clean as he found it. I will be using them again!

At 3:30 PM ET on 10/16/17, I submitted an on-line request to get a quote for replacing a kitchen sink sprayer, fixing a leak in the kitchen sink, centering a faucet handle in the bathroom, and getting a toilet to stop running continuously. I submitted the request and received a response that I would hear back from them shortly. No response as of 3:30 PM ET on 10/17/17. I was disappointed because they had received so many good reviews.

Shocked in a good way, you won't believe it it was Sunday and very rainy. Friday night I noticed my pressure relief valve on my water heater was leaking pretty bad and the worst part is the water started making its way into the basement. I needed to get this fixed quick before it started leaking real bad and flooding me out. I opened the Yelp app and typed in plumber Marietta area. Not willing to deal with the National name brands from previous experience I decided to go local. I chose Clog Dawg had great reviews so I filled in the Yelp request quote removing the extra checked boxes and at 2:30 PM I tapped send request. My phone rings in 3 minutes, it's the dawgs! I was asked the normal questions and Top Dawg asked when I wanted them to come out. I said Monday is fine, it's not too bad yet and I can keep an eye on in. He said that's fine but he could get someone out that day if I wanted. Yeah sure, are their any emergency or bad weather fees? He snarfed a little and said """"heavy no. I want to get that fixed ASAP so you won't get anything damaged."""" owtte I said well sure, that would be fantastic. My wife smiled too. He said I'll send Anthony your way. Great! Thank you so much! I expected Anthony at about 7:00ish, no worries. At least it's getting done. To make a long post short, from the time I tapped send to the time Anthony finished the job was under 2 hours. No exaggeration. Anthony was super professional and efficient. I could not have bought a better experience. The price was well worth the service and quality of work. There is zero doubt that the Clog Dawg are now my go-to plumber from here on out.

UPDATE: The company was quick to respond and expressed interest in making everything right when made aware of the situation. There was nothing for them to """"fix"""" since I had replaced the faucet but they agreed to a partial refund and inspected the work to make sure everything looked right. (the re-piping under the sink looks WAY better than what was there before) The company appeared genuinely concerned about my satisfaction, so I have changed my review to reflect their reduction in cost and responsiveness to the situation. After having new countertops and an under mount sink installed, my kitchen sink plumbing needed to be removed and reconfigured. Based on the 5 star Yelp rating, I called Clog Dawg. They came out the next day. Quoted me $750 to install a faucet, install garbage disposal and remove and refigure pipes under sink. I was shocked - but felt I had no choice because I didn't want to keep paying the $50 service charge to get a quote. I agreed - then he said he had to go get the pvc parts. I assumed they would have what they needed on the truck. Nope. Three hours from his original arrival time - including the HD trip - he finished. Under the sink looked much better, as he did away with at least half of what had been there before. As he was leaving, he said he wasn't happy with where the faucet was mounted. It was too close to the bar and couldn't move into the hot water position. That's a BIG deal. So, I removed the faucet myself, returned it to HD and got a new one, which I installed.

I had 2 leaks from the main pipe and main connector. Called them and they called me back with an estimate and ready to work on it immediately (so be sure to be ready to say yes or no when they called). It took them longer than expected to finish the job and they did some damage but fixed it at my satisfaction. The work looks good and durable so I will call them again if I need a plumber but I would not say that is was done like a 5 start plumber.

Had a clogged kitchen drain and based on the reviews here, decided to utilize Clog Dawg. I made a wise choice! Steve and Jesse were here the same day, and promptly and efficiently cleared my clog and everything is working great. Down-to-earth, knowledgeable, polite, and up-front with costs! If you have any questions whatsoever, just ask them! No shady trickery with these guys. I will use them exclusively from here on out. Can't recommend enough!

Service was prompt, punctual and professional. Very happy to see the work is backed by a warranty. Very satisfied with the work. I did not call around for estimates prior to calling Clog Dawg. Therefore, it is safe to say that perhaps the going rate was charged. However, based on the actual work scope performed I anticipated a much lesser charge. My decision to go w clog dawg was based on all the 5 star reviews and responsive svc mgr. Would normally give 5 stars but dropped to three due to price. Unfortunately, had to drop this review from three to one star. I was contacted post this review by customer service. Upon receiving this call I was initially optimistic the company was sincerely interested in customer satisfaction and making things right. However, ultimately I was left very disappointed. I will definitely stick to getting competitive bids.

We have used Clog Dawg repeatedly for all kinds of projects, and love working with them. They are prompt, courteous, and very reasonably-priced -- especially given their expertise. Their customer service can't be beat, and their work is top-of-the-line (special shout-out to Randy, who's an awesome manager!).

Steve is a life saver! He came out on a Sunday, in a timely manner, and was extremely courteous, professional and helpful. He took care of our plumbing issue quickly and was very respectful of our home while here. We would definitely recommend him to anyone!
