Recommended Customer Reviews

I called this plumber the day after Christmas needing some sewer line work done. He walked me through a couple of things and saved me so much money and stress. I will call him with ANY future plumbing need!! Steve is awesome!!!

Do not use these guys!!!! They could not unclog their own butt if they had a case of ex-lax!!! Poor customer service and lack of knowledge.

This outfit came out to find out where the leak was under the house. My first mistake was believing their reviews. After they finally found where they thought the leak might be they sent a guy out so he could dig up the floor of the utility room. OMG what a mess...He had to move the Hot Water Heater because the leak was just under it. He put gouges in the walls, from what I assume was when he was trying to move the H20 tank. Full of water and by himself. I think it was full of water because I know if it was empty it couldn't have been that heavy. He removed the insulation behind the tank and it was never to be seen again. Probably because with all that was going wrong for him it got wet and dirty. The garage and the utility room floor was a mess. Mud all over the place. He tried to wash it off which just made everything worse. He looked like he got caught in a mud slide. After spending about 9 hours of this he was tired and said he would have to come back next day which would have been a Sat. I felt bad for him and told him to go home rest and come back on Monday. Well after he left was when I got a good look at the mess. Between using a jackhammer for the floor and the mud slide, needless to say the place was just a wreck. Plus dried clumps of concrete. Come Monday he shows up and I told him the mess was not acceptable. """"Oh I'm going to clean it all up you don't have to worry.""""I was worried because I knew he didn't understand what clean it up meant. He left and I called the office to talk with Steve the owner, course he wasn't there. So I talked to the underboss Randy. He said he would come out in a few days and check it out. In the mean time a friend came over showed me several things I didn't know about how the tank should be put back. I asked him to please call Randy and let him know what a bad job this was. Within 15 min. Randy was at the door. He said it looked fine to him. But he would scrap the floor to get rid of the dried lumps of concrete. He tried to tell my friend that the place looked that way before they came. Of course he told him """"no it wasn't that way at all."""" Anyway the story goes on and there is more but I'm going to skip to the end because you should know the last thing I found and that will pretty much sum up my experience with Clog Dawgs. The next day I was backing out of the garage and I saw something on the lawn beside the house. It turns out there was a pile of red dirt about 5ftx5ft with fist size chunks of concrete dumped on the lawn. This from a professional plumber. They deserve no stars. All of this for $2,600.00

Service was very good once we established a few technical issues such as power hookups and so forth. Everything ultimately was fixed correctly and has stayed fixed. Service was good including a follow up return visit to check a leaky line. They are very helpful and cooperative and we will hire them again.

Hands-down THE MOST expensive plumbers in Atlanta. Service tech was very nice and did great work. However, the supervisor was rude, dismissive and unprofessional when I asked if there was any way to get what I needed a little less expensive (the tech is the one who suggested we call him and ask if he would charge less). The supervisor told the tech """"to walk"""". $650 ($49 service call fee) to replace a shower handle (literally just a handle on 2 side by side showers) and 1 shower cartridge/insert to stop the shower from dripping (just the right side). Unfortunate to see great technicians have to work for such nasty supervisors. Based off the exorbitant pricing and bitter supervision, I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
