Lloyd Martin, the owner-operator, entered the industry in the '70s, yet he quickly became disillusioned with the disjointed service model. Clients often had to reach out to multiple contractors to finish a single project. He started The Climate Adjustor to offer a unified solution at a better price. We only begin a project when we are confident we can achieve the desired outcomes for our clients.
