Lloyd Martin, the owner-operator, entered the industry in the '70s, yet he quickly became disillusioned with the disjointed service model. Customers frequently needed to contact several contractors to complete one job. He started The Climate Adjustor to offer a unified solution at a better price. We do not initiate any work unless we are sure we can provide the results our clients seek.
