My guests called me on a Saturday afternoon stating that water is coming up from the toilets and the tubs throughout the house!!. I called around to several plumbers in the Tampa Bay area as this was an EMERGENCY SITUATION!! I called Maurici Plumbing and Jorge was dispatched to my home. He was about an hour and a half away but reassured me that he will take good care of my home and my guests. Jorge arrived 30 minutes early and knew exactly what to do. He started on the outside and snaked the entire exterior line. After the water went down, his knowledge did not stop there. He gave me his synopsis of what he believed caused the back up and proceeded to cut down my piping the way that it should be (ground level) and place a cap on it. Jorge was very friendly (although I knew he was tired), clean, efficient, and the price was fair for the emergency Saturday catastrophe. Special thanks to Ms. Val and Jorge for making my guests feel special and for the quick/clean work, and not hurting my pocket in the process. I will definitely call you and recommend your Company in the future. God bless.

We have used this company every time we have a plumbing issue. They are courteous and do great work. Recently we had a small leak, and I called to setup an appointment for a day or two later. We got a call when the tech was on his way. As always, he left the work area very clean and fixed our issues. I'm definitely a fan and recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Terrible company, they're essentially crooks. I do NOT recommend the Clean Plumbers!!! They botched the installation of a brand new State water heater and refuse to take responsibility for anything. The technicians were not careful during the attic installation. They wanted to charge for knocking away parts of the wooden stairwell leading up to the attic rather than simply lifting the unit through the removable panel in the ceiling (that should have been my first red flag from them. I shouldn't have to point out the obvious to a professional plumber....). In coming to address the issues that arose with the unit, they failed to identify the problem/s after several attempted fixes. They are blaming the brand new water heater unit itself. How convenient...We researched State water heaters before buying one and they have a good reputation, even the Clean Plumber technician said they're almost always solid. It seems much likely to me that the Clean Plumbers workers would have banged something in the unit around (the electrical wiring, the nozzles, pipes, etc.) when lifting it into the attic and into place. They seemed to struggle and I remember it made so much noise that I was concerned that they weren't being careful. By the way, the Clean Plumbers were the ones who mentioned picking out our own water heater to save money, but did NOT mentioning that they would later use that as a reason to not take responsibility for problems nor as a reason to not warranty their labor. It's also worth noting that the water heater company is willing to refund the product, if it's found to be defective, so the only company not willing to take liability so far is The Clean Plumbers. They tried to charge us ANOTHER 1100$ to do the same job again...and there's no evidence that it wouldn't simply fail yet again, given that they made the initial problem worse. When speaking with the manager or owner, I was calm but assertive, whereas he got mad and hung up. He was extremely unprofessional. I'll be having an objective third party investigate what is wrong and then I'll be pursuing the relevant arbitration and/or legal action to receive a refund for this poorly done job. These trade companies never seem to take responsibility for their work in recent years. I've noticed it's a growing problem. They need to be held accountable by consumers, in the same way we all would be if we messed up our own jobs. If they had any sense of customer service at all, they would have apologized that we're lacking hot water (they never expressed any apology or concern) and tried to, at minimum, generate ideas to arrive at an amicable resolution.

Their website states: """"Upfront and fair pricing: When you contact us, we'll give you a free estimate on your plumbing project."""" Their phone person """"Val"""" told me it would be $39.95 to have someone come out to give me an estimate. If you can't honor what you advertise... I won't begin to consider you regardless.

Scammers. I bought my own fill valve. He gave me a dirt look and said he couldn't use it. Charged me HUNDREDS to put a fill valve in and snake and put a wax ring in another toilet. 637!!!!!! They're out for money. And the toilet handle sticks when you flush it. Scammers.

I had a disappointing experience as a whole. I contacted this company to repair what appeared to be a leak in my kitchen sink the night of 10/21/19. We set an apt for the following day (10/22/19) and to their credit they called first thing in the morning and set a window of time they would arrive, and they were punctual in that window. I had a young gentleman named John who showed up to do the service who was nice enough. He put the shoe covers on and came in to assess the situation. So far so good. He took about 2 minutes to look at the sink and came to conclusion that the """"cartridge"""" needed to be replaced in my Delta sink. I asked if he was sure because he didn't really take much time looking around to truly assess the situation and attempt to identify the actual issue. His response is that """"this is the only thing it could be"""" and assured me it would fix the issue. He then went to my garage to shut the water off, and in doing so removed the shoe covers, and from that point on was in and out of my house with his work boots on. Things are going downhill from here. He quickly replaced the cartridge, which took about 5 mins, and gave me my invoice of $214 (including a coupon) which I then asked was so high, he replied it's due to labor. So I guess this means their hourly work rate is $2400/hr! Even at that time I was fine with paying $214, IF the leak was fixed. It clearly was not. I called them a few days later to explain that the sink was still leaking badly, and the work that was completed did NOT address the issue, and I asked for a call back the next day. No one called me, so I had to call repeatedly to get a supervisor on the phone by about 2pm the next day. I explained the situation to the supervisor """"Paul"""" and he assured me that he'd call the next day to discuss a refund, it's now Wednesday and I have yet to hear back after several more calls and emails. Through this process, I've learned that the actual issue was caused by a loose connection on the sink nozzle. I went to Lowes, bought some plumbers tape for $1.98, and tightened the connection myself. Problem fixed! SO I was able to do what they couldn't and fix the leak with $1.98 and a couple turns of a wrench! I've paid them over $200 to identify the issue and fix the leak, neither of which they did. To be clear, IF the cartridge was the issue and IF the leak was fixed, I would be ok with this resolution even though the prices are still pretty high in my opinion. But instead, I PAID FOR LABOR I DIDN'T NEED, TO REPLACE A PART THAT WASN'T BROKEN, TO REPAIR A LEAK THAT THEY DIDN'T FIX! Update...I've since spoken with them and the supervisor initially offered me half my money back, which I guess is a start but frankly makes NO SENSE. Their rational is that they replaced the cartridge, of which I'll remind you wasn't broken in the first place therefor didn't need to be replaced!! I explained this to the supervisor, and even offered that they put the old cartridge back in, and at that point they offered to refund all but $59 which again I am unsure how we came to this number since the fee for them to come out and identify the issue is $39. Whatever, it is what it is, and I'm not going to argue or lose sleep over $20. Use this info however you want, but I can tell you I am disappointed, and will definitely be looking elsewhere for future plumbing needs.

I fell onto the toilet in the middle of the night breaking the tank attached to the toilet. I asked for the ADA approved toilet. It was what I thought extremely expensive though. Service was great and installed.

The tech was on time and very professional. The work was done as quoted and I think the charge was within acceptable range. This is the second time I have had the Clean Plumber's. Will call them again.

This was a second trip to our home to see what may have been causing blockage in our pipes since we have bubbling sounds in our toilets. The plumber (Adam) advised that it could be something in the main line on the first trip. We had him come back out in an attempt to fix the problem so he did the camera on the main line to figure out what was causing the blockage. There was gunk and buildup based on the camera view and said jetting would fix the problem but they don't provide that service. He charged us $551 and went about his business m. This would've been a good disclaimer upfront to the homeowner. I now have to call another plumbing company to do the jetting.

Great service. Came out in a reasonable amount of time and completed a somewhat odd job by installing an outdoor water spigot on our second floor lanai. Will definitely call again for any future needs.
