I've used Carlson for years and they are not only responsive, they are kind and considerate. Their technicians are knowledgeable and have great customer service skills. Today I had my furnace replaced because the ac stopped working. When they were done and it was running I heard a vibrating noise. I called and James came back. It was the filter and he secured it. He left and it started vibrating again. He called to check and said he hadn't left because he wanted to be sure. Now he's back with a different solution. A great work ethic! I tell everyone about this company.

My father-in-law recommenced Carlson to me when we were having trouble with our HVAC. Their front office staff is very friendly and they were able to come by and give me a second opinion on our problem. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up buying their yearly maintenance package. The hot summers in Tucson can be brutal on our ACs so I felt it was with it to have it checked bi-yearly. Over the years I've tried a few HVAC repair companies and I will continue to use Carlson

This company is not a company I would ever recommend. He quoted to me $110 for an plumbing inspection and said he would give the customer a ""deal"" since their mom had been a past customer. Well, his ""deal"" was to charge them $295. He included $85 to write the report that all was well with house. He had already given a verbal report to my clients but then charged them to have it in writing. I have been a realtor for 16 years. I have never had a company charge $85 to write a report.

They charged for work that wasn't requested and after client tried to dispute the charge, he filed a lawsuit against them in small claims court.
Finally, after harassing calls, the client gave up the fight and paid the full amount for work they had not requested.
Be very aware and make sure that you get things in writing and get the charge before ANY work is done by this company.

Although Mike did a good job, he quoted one price and charged three times the amount on the bill. The bill included an $85 fee for writing a report. He then has continued to harass me once I sent money for the quoted amount. I would never recommend this company again. If you deal with them, guard your wallet.
