My dishwasher water was backing up into the kitchen sink. James told me the night before that he will find the issue, which he did. Very Professional, James was on time, he did not give up like other services that tried to fix my issue, very happy with the outcome & someone that I will call on again when needed. Great work quality!! James replaced a bathroom vanity which also required a large amount of drywall repair, re-plumbing, and some unexpected baseboard adjustments. He paid attention to detail and made sure that the job was done right, and even cleaned up before he left :)

I reached out to James with a strange request as we just moved into a house and it had a very very old treehouse in the backyard on a pedestal that I wanted to knock down and have removed 100% before my kids arrived.

James was a pleasure to work with and did such great work! We had him install a fence on our roof deck and it looks great! He is someone who takes pride in his work, he is very meticulous and shows attention to detail. No shortcuts taken. He made sure throughout the job that we were happy with the progress. He showed up on time and was overall just a great person to work with. He really delivered! We plan to hire him again for additional work because it's hard to find people in LA with all of the qualities and work product we got from James. We are lucky we found him and look forward to future projects.

James replaced my hot water heater after it started to leak. He was great to work with right from the first call. He showed up on time which doesn't sound like much but seems to be rare these days with trades workers sadly. He did excellent clean and professional quality work. The workspace was cleaner when he left than it was when he arrived. And as an added bonus he is super friendly and an all around good guy. Very happy with the work he did in a property we rent out. He installed a new water heater and replaced a valve in our fireplace almost as soon as we called him. Quick and easy.
