James was a pleasure to work with and did such great work! We had him install a fence on our roof deck and it looks great! He is someone who takes pride in his work, he is very meticulous and shows attention to detail. No shortcuts taken. He made sure throughout the job that we were happy with the progress. He showed up on time and was overall just a great person to work with. He really delivered! We plan to hire him again for additional work because it's hard to find people in LA with all of the qualities and work product we got from James. We are lucky we found him and look forward to future projects.

James replaced my hot water heater after it started to leak. He was great to work with right from the first call. He showed up on time which doesn't sound like much but seems to be rare these days with trades workers sadly. He did excellent clean and professional quality work. The workspace was cleaner when he left than it was when he arrived. And as an added bonus he is super friendly and an all around good guy. Very happy with the work he did in a property we rent out. He installed a new water heater and replaced a valve in our fireplace almost as soon as we called him. Quick and easy. His name is James and he actually is a Canadian, that part is not a gimmick. He is super nice and super handy. Also super cute. Basically, he's an all-around-super-Canadian.

Canadian Handyman James has the know-how, and more importantly owns the actual tools you will need to implement all the fixes. But literally!!!

I needed a metal fix in my house, and before I found James I had called another handyman, a plumber, 2 hardware stores, even a car body shop - they all knew how to fix it, but not one had the actual tool - not even the hardware store!! And then along comes sweet baby James... with the tool in hand! And it took him like four minutes to fix. This guy was in and out, and he completely saved the day. He was fast, super nice, and super competent!!

Shame on me because I did the whole 'cart before the horse' and bought a sink I loved before properly measuring. It looked good on paper in terms of measurement. No, it did not fit.

James made it happen. A little more sweat than expected but he made it work and I am happy!!!

More importantly, James is on time, reliable and hard working. I sincerely appreciate someone who makes it happen.
