Mike P.This Company made a mess in which I was willing to work with the company, knowing that the employee didn't intend for the explosion to happen. I even stated that I just needed certain things done and would be happy but they ignored my request (even though i was willing to work with them) and now we will be looking into a more legal matter of getting this repaired. Their manager is a bold FACE LIAR. The didn't repair any of the damages they caused. Their employee exploded a line which had black nasty water all over my new Re-Bath restroom and didn't take any responsibility for their actions. DO not use them if you need good work.
Lee S.This is the most unorganized and worst business I have ever dealt with. They drag you along telling you they will be there in a few minutes and they never show up. They have a book on the desk with every excuse known to man. When you express your frustration they act like the injured party. They almost caused me a lawsuit with their lies and false promises. I wouldn't do business with these Yahoo!'s if they were the only plumbers in town. Go to Home Depot and ask someone outside it if they can help and you'll get much better results.
