I have used Bosworth for 3 of my properties over the past 3 years, and I was happy with their service until my last experience. My master bedroom wasn't cooling off sufficiently, so I made an appointment to have a technician come look at my AC and check that air flow was making it to the master bedroom. The technician went into my attic and told me he couldn't tell me anything because my attic crawl space was only in the master bedroom. He was at my property for 15 minutes (10 of which, he kept repeating himself). I was billed $95 dollars. I called Bosworth, and was told that $95 dollars is the price to have a technician come out to a house, regardless of how little time he spent at the house. I will not use Bosworth again, and I will look for a company with better trained technicians that won't charge $95 per 15 minutes.
